Not a bad casino. I feel the slots are tight. The buffet is inexpensive and okay.

Overall, decent size casino close to home if you live in the Poconos. My only gripe is that their poker room is not that large (usually only 1-2 tables going when I've been there including weekends), and in my experience, the tables are all No Limit.

Went to Guy Fieri's Pocono Kitchen for dinner. Food was ok. Casino floor has smells heavily of smoke.

Lost but enjoyed the Casino. It was very clean and you had plenty of space between machines.

Hidden Costs, Misrepresentations, and Poor Service.

To begin, the hotel charges you with many additional fees that are not readily disclosed on their website. For example, we were charged a large fee each day for coffee in our room, internet access, and valet services (which we did not use, but for which we were charged none the less). The coffee is only substandard Keurig varieties too -- not worth the charge -- and the internet access and cell phone service were terrible. We could not access the wireless internet provided by the hotel (again, which we paid for), because we barely had one bar of connection when it was available. When we complained about the issue, we were just told that someone would look into it, but we received no help beyond that (and still had to pay). Within the resort, my wife and I only had 3G cell phone service and only occasionally at that. We had a very hard time using our data plans. The food service was absolutely awful. My wife felt ill after eating her meal, and my BBQ had so much vinegar in it that my mouth burnt for a day. The food was also incredibly overpriced for the value and compared to nearby restaurants. Around the resort, we were stopped by security constantly to show our IDs. This was okay at first, but became very annoying by the second day, especially after security came to recognize you but card you never the less. They told us to just deal with it. The heated pool is not heated but barely lukewarm, and the beds were hard and hurt our backs. Next time, we will be staying elsewhere.

Never saw on drink person the whole 5 hours we were there. Got a big win tried to take a picture of the slot and security gave me a hard time about it

The whole place smells like smoke, so bad it can made our eyes water, pai gow oy in high stakes room, no sports book, bartender at circle bar assumed a 5.25 beer and given 6 dollars didnt deserve change, dealer at Blackjack tables practically rooting against table, was like I was in a twilight zone casino.

Fun but not quite a club atmosphere like my bridesmaids were hoping. Still a lot of fun, though!

stayed at the hotel August 1st, 2020
with my two best friends. Had an excellent experience. checked out the next day and forgot important items in the room, called the front desk and the receptionist took care of the issue at once. thanks a million to the very accommodating ladies at the registration desk..I also appreciate the housekeeping personnel for their honesty and taking care of forgotten items in the room. thank you all again!!! keep up the good work!

This July 4 2018 fireworks show was awesome a lot of full bloom displays

Mount Airy Casino Resort is a great gambling getaway thats only an hour away from North Jersey. There are always table games running, ranging from $5 to $25 on the main casino floor. As far as the food goes, Bistecca has amazing seafood and steaks, although it is a bit on the pricy side.

I recently went to Mount Airy for my bachelorette party. The restaurant and the food were great and their service was very friendly. I was there for the night life wet bar, great music and a friendly crowd

Great show! Food portions at buffet way too big good food but seasonings not very good Deserts very good gambling was profitable. It was a good day out the snow looks great on the trees and grass. None on the roads YET!

We went to see the The Struts and The Glorious Sons at an outdoor concert under the Summer Pavilion. It was a great place to enjoy an evening.

We were there for a Flooring Expo which was nice. However we went up to the Casino floor to the bar and sat for a good 30 + mins. No one even acknowledged that 4 of us were sitting there. It had to be brought to the bar tenders attention that we were there. The bar was NOT busy ( maybe 15 people ) on the other side. So $22.50 later for 4 Miller Lite bottles we move to the floor to hit the machines. Sat & played and not one drink or even a server in sight to ask if any of us needed/wanted a drink. We asked and were told unless you have a card in the machine they won t come to you. That s in poor taste. Also know that I have a card myself & friends do also but we forgot ours at home. So after a bit we go to get Pizza and all I can say in WOW what a rude, disrespectful employee. Serving burnt pizza ( we stood there and watched her box 4 burnt not brown pizza s ) We got an attitude when we were ordering & told that we had to take anything we order to go as she was closing. So we ended up changing our food order & she got so extremely rude we told her she can keep the food we order & find a new attitude and we walked out. As soon as we get out the door there is a lady sitting at one of the slots outside the Pizzeria and asked us what happened. We explain & she continues to tell us that she was also treated like dirt by the same employee. The service all around was poor, unfriendly & it s obvious that not everyone is important to you re company. My husband and friends were out for an adult night to enjoy not to be treated like we are just a number. On the bright side we were told the rooms were booked so we didn t have to spend that money but you did loose out on the cash my husband had to drop in the slots & at the tables. Very sad to see how this place has gone downhill! We don t frequent the place but over the past 10 times the customer service, cleanliness & the lack of employee s behind the bar & the servers on the floor. I m not surprised that the casino has so many empty seats & tables. Went to the casino for the day. Played on a slot machine using bonus from signing up for their rewards program. I ended up walking out with $60 from the slots so for me it was a good trip.

Very nice casino. Clean and extremely roomy. However it doesn't seem to wanna pay out. Spent 2 hours there and not one jackpot winner. Still a nice casino to go to in PA.

Super fun casino! I am from west coast and went there for a weekend. So much better! Rooms are awesome! It does need more shops though . Glad to see a Starbucks in the bottom a life savor for sure. Have fun when you go.

It was my girls first time and I've been there 3 times now. It was nice but the younger man that stamps your hands and checks IDs looked unfriendly and didn't even want to be there it seemed.

We really love this place we try an come for couple days to get away an relax.
Slots are great we do pretty well on them .
They treat u like they really care about there guest .

Casino is nice. Little small but fine. They run a very tight ship with their dealers and it makes people uncomfortable. It shows.

Mount Airy is a very good experience for the location, but it doesn't hold a candle to Atlantic City before the last few years. Mount Airy could use at least a affordable 24 hr restaurant for the hungry 2 am patrons. They could also use some nonsmoking tables as well.

During this covid19 thing mount fairy resort could've lower there prices especially due to the fact that there's no especial service's like Room service

My original review was a 1 star due to issues with valet service. However, the hotel and its staff have since reached out to me and were very concerned about what had happened. They have offered assistance and for that, I am updating my review.

I went to the breakfast with Santa event they had this year it was very nice I wish there were more tables and the eggs were cooked a bit more but I'm personally not a fan of soft scrambled eggs but the bacon sausage and home fries were really good but the coffee could have been better over all for $5 it was really nice my daughter had a good time and that's all that matter to me

Slot machines turned off tonight.... terrible time for all

They keep on top of cleaning and we love the staff. Its my hubby and I favorite place to go together.

Very nice, compared to the older resort that was here many years ago. ..Only thing I didn't like, was they seemed to allow smoking in the entire casino area, instead of certain spots, like in AC...

Really enjoyed our stay but felt the cost of the room was a little high.

I hear this place is racist and won't take government issue ID. Another word for no colored people. :( I won't be going there for the rest of my life and neither should you. Despicable people with despicable views should be avoided at all cost.

Nice casino! Very crowded but the floor is nice and easy to navigate. Friendly staff too!

The staff were extremely rude and kept following my mother and I around. We ended up leaving much earlier than we wanted because of these inconveniences. Would not recommend nor will I ever go back.

This was a nice place just it had nothing for kids to do. There is a very nice pool and the casino is nice the security is very good and nice employees. Just the kids had to be watched at all times and just couldn t let the parents be.

Staff is nice and friendly. Casino floor is big, airy and clean. Have both smoking and non-smoking side although the smoking side doesn't feel overly smokey at all. Lots of games to choose from .01-$1.00. It is very hard to get a drink without paying thought.

We love the indoor pool and spa. The rooms are spacious and bright. The staff are accommodating. We travel with young children and they went above and beyond to change our bedroom to one more suitable. They also followed law carefully and will not allow any minors to walk about the casino floor even to the restaurants without an escort. The food was good, we enjoyed our meals at the lucky eight and buffet.

Mount Airy Casino is a spectacular place, its huge. Layout is great. A lot of room to move around. Great service! Non smoking and smoking sections. Great! Definitely going back!

Went for friends Bday and show and dinner...seemed that if you have any fun at all or if your slightly loud that your asked to be quite like I was in line for a show and was chatting and laughing with my friends while in line as soon as I sat down with my group we were asked my managment to that we were being to loud seriously because we were quiet as soon as we took are seats and waited for the show to start..then my friend was pulled aside because on the floor she had a drink and was giggling which she does loud normally over something I said and they said she was intoxicated when she had p l slipped her drink...it was dissapointing so we just left..its hard to have even a couple of hours of a good time away for a few hrs rather stay home.

Expect to have fun if nothing else machines very tight.

Visited just for their spa- highly recommend!! With a massage you also get access to their relaxation room, steam room, sauna, and waterfall showers. They did a fantastic job and the facility was beautiful.

They were very good and the food was great i would highly recommend

We had dinner at the buffet. Excellent food and good service.

My 2nd time there the family and I went there for guys famous burgers. We normally get them when we go on carnival cruise lines. But do to the pandemic no cruising. So the next best thing is to hit up his restaurant
