although it is more spacious in the casino areas i was still uncomfortable. i feel it is to cold and the no smoking ateas are to small. i pay very close attention to detail and noticed machines in non smoking hit more often. they also payout more. not to mention you rarely get free play.
The rooms are beautiful and the hotel has great amenities. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only downside is there is no parking on the hotel side. You are forced to valet park or park on the opposite side and walk through the casino every time you want to go anywhere.

Nice visit. Only stayed one night to attend a wedding. Would like to come back for our anniversary in February. The staff and rooms were nice. The only thing I didn't like is breakfast. There is none. You would think a resort would have that for its over night guest.

Good place to get cheated! I gambled over $3000 dollars to earn points for a cruise voucher and because I forgot to run card though machine they refused to honor their commitment. Spoke to assistant manager of gaming and was told her boss would contact me but he never did. You can't believe anything these people say all they want is you Money. Customer service is a joke!

Apparently this is not a foreign friendly place since any non US issued ID/Passports/Certificates will be rejected and you would not be able to proof your age.
So,if you are a foreign council/embassy worker/tourist or just someone who don't have a US issued ID at the time your enter will be rejected.
I playing the Slots a little bit, won a little bit of money , which is always nice, waitresses were on point regarding availability! And Last but not least,: I loved the music playing in the casino, a mix of 60s ,70s & 80s
Great place to stay. Celebrated 25th wedding anniversary there have gold course and great restaurants on site. Super clean rooms and pleasant courtious waitresses and staff. A must for anyone looking to relax.

Went to the buffet on a Friday night for the seafood. Good variety and service from our waiter. Ate a lot of crab legs and shrimp.
The people today were so rude and nasty. The parking lot was crazy. Plus the wait for the luggage was a joke. I just up and left... I have never had this experience before. Hope they have leftovers of the luggage for another day.
Very nice little casino. Helpful staff. Dine at Guy Fiery restaurant. Food was Delicious. Only thing they didn't enforce no smoking in non smoking section. Some had e cigarettes as well. The excitement was in the air. The yells and cheers were heard all around.

The time is always good in casino, but when you leave and want to count your money, you figure out that there is nothing to count in your pockets. But it was a good there

I am on site at the hotel as I write this. The room is very nice, the facility is very attractive and the location is beautiful. However, I checked in at 2:30 this afternoon and am still trying to get a drink. There is no one working The Glass Bar. I have been to the Get Wet pool bar twice, was told to sit at a table and someone would take my order. 30 minutes each visit and no one came near even though I was sitting there holding a menu in my hand. The servers walked past me to deliver food and drinks to other customers but never asked for my order or even an "it's very bus, I'll be with you soon". Although I was told you have to sit down and order food and alcohol to get served I watched a woman walk up to the bartender and he made her a drink at the bar. It was obvious he was familiar with her. I don't understand why a business would make it so difficult to spend my money. I'll be checking out ahead of schedule.
This place definitely fun, however did not enjoy waiting 10 minutes in line because I didn't look old enough to their standard and even though my ID stated I was 26 years old they still wanted my ID scanned and there was about 7 people in front of me with fake ID and fake password trying to get in. I was a little aggravated that I had to wait extra time to be approved to enter meanwhile friends I was with were waiting on the other side. Ridiculous.
If your into going to a casino, this is as nice a place as any.
We had a great time, and the establishment is very well kept. We basically only hit the casino so I don't know how the restaurants or room and board is but a side of the place taking my money we had a good time. Parking lots has ample parking along with a valet service.
Fun place in poconos...yes you can win..nice casino with alot of slots and table games.. also offers no smoking casino and areas. Food venues just ok..worth the trip if you like casinos. Part of Mount airy lodge and good golf course.

We had a great time here. The seafood buffet was delicious especially for the price, it was a bargain. My best friend and I played the slots for a long time before going through our allotted play money. Staff there is pleasant although it is somewhat difficult to get a drink at the slot machines. I would definitely return.
Spent a few nights here after my wedding. Good casino and great amenities. One of the nicer suites I've seen anywhere. Restaurants we're pretty good too. Will go back.
Had a great stay! We upgraded to the king suite and it was definitely worth it. The staff was exceptional especially our bellhop Sunil! He was extremely nice and welcoming. The rooms were super clean and I am a clean freak so take my word. The pool was kept well and people respected social distancing. My only concern is I did not see much sanitizing going on in the casino area.
A very nice cozy casino and resort, we love to go there! Hotel is very clean, very comfortable, and the casino is not too big, not too small and there is a separate non smoking and smoking gaming area along with a separate non smoking gaming floor for non smokers!! Always a nice visit!!
Basically walk in hand the guy at the door your paycheck and leave. It will save you time.

My first time going to a Casino and I made the right choice. This place had it all and more. Along with that, their employees were really nice and helped my dad and I learn how to play the games. The atmosphere felt welcoming and happy unlike how movies normally portray casinos (loud and obnoxious). I would definitely go again and highly recommend

I've been going to Mount Airy Casino for over 4 years always have an excellent time when I go with the bus trip will be going next year again I love that Boutique shops I always find something different will be there next year I have a excellent time
Fantastic staff. Starting at the front door with the vallet. We needed a wheelchair and they got right on it. The casino was clean and lively.
Buffet was excellent. Everything on menu was tasty.
We went to the fireworks and they were terrific, but we will never do it again because the traffic in and out was a nightmare. It took us an hour from 611 to find a spot where we parked illegally, and then another hour just to get out. The few people that directed traffic were inadequate for the job.
Facility is cool, love the free parking. Hotel is nice very comfortable. As for the casino, some dealers are nice and friendly than others..

I went with a group to do a little gambling and have some fun. We go to casinos in Atlantic City often, so we did not know what to expect, but Mount Airy surprised us. It was very clean, modern, and had an inviting atmosphere. The casino itself is a bit smaller than one would hope, but there were enough table games to keep everyone occupied, and the central bar on the casino floor was very nice as well.
I'm giving this place 2 stars because overall my experience was tainted by some bad underlying racist behavior. The check-in staff was great and the room was clean and very nice however the casino floor which houses the restaurants, the gift shop and the lounge was difficult to navigate due to certain security staff and the way they approach us as guest. I understand you have to follow the law and check IDs but there is a right and a wrong way to do it. I felt like I was being interrogated at every turn. The service at the restaurants we're great and I wish they didn't have to be lumped together in this review. The service at the spa was also off, when we came to ask for more information, the lady was not friendly at all, but when another couple came after they were very nice to them. Overall we did not feel welcome and would not come back.
This place is very clean. They take your temperature at the door, they clean the machines often and the staff are very friendly ! They have a large selection of slot machines to choose from. I do recommend Mount Airy Casino, it's a fun time. We even saw a rainbow on our way in! A+++
