Yet another very lukewarm agency. Kariann Gillis, albeit very nice, was never proactive with her communication and required constant communication to be kept on her radar. Any opportunities were pipeline and never came to fruition. If you're looking to babysit adults for your placement needs, this is the agency for you. If you need an agency to actually work for you, take interest in your employment well-being, and pair you with actual placements, look elsewhere.

I was very pressured to interview with a company and was totally unprepared for the questions I'd be asked, despite a conversation with the recruiter before my interview. Then I was told I'd get feedback the next morning. A day and a half later I had to email them to find out I wasn't selected. I was treated like a commodity and I don't appreciate it. And the recruiter got my name wrong. I mean really.
Probably one of the worst staffing agencies I have ever dealt with. I worked two different jobs through them and my recruiter had next to no communication with me. I wasn t told the assignments were ending until a day or two before they ended and after it ended there was zero communication about helping with new employment despite numerous emails from me. A simple reply to an email is far too much to ask with this agency. And I had this experience with two separate recruiters.

Not once did I feel like a burden if/when I had questions, and received a prompt and warm response. Unlike other agencies , they truly care about finding you a job, it's at their best interest to really do their part for their employees. Awful, absolutely awful. I received a call from a recruiter named Jeanie and promptly called her back. When she greeted me she happened to pronounce my name wrong which is common, I simple stated my name with the correct pronouciation and she repeated it, letting me know that she understood. She then went on to her sales pitch, describing the job opportunity at lightening speed. At the end she asked if this was something I would be interested in and again she said my name wrong. I corrected her again and was about to explain that if I don't nip it in the bud I'll be called the wrong name for months at a job (yes that's happened). She didn't wait for my explanation at all but rather SLAMMED the phone down as soon as I corrected her again. I was honestly shocked to be treated that way. I called back and asked to speak w the director (Tiffany), I left a message detailing my experience and never heard back. This shows how insignificant people are to this firm, typical staffing agency that will throw anyone threw the door to make their numbers.
