Very poor service Aunty had bought a car here where she just got a driver's license It was an older model but the seller said it was driving just as it should have started approx. 2 Small Trips Then The Car Would Not Drive More There Was More Things In The Way Of The Car Despite Seller's Oral Assurances About An Ok Car Hard To Get The Money Back There Had To Have An Assistant With That Money Was First Refunded For A Poor Trade We Never Buy Car From Here Again And Cannot Recommend Some And Do It

We bought an Opel Antara from Motorcompagniet which they sold to a customer.
It was agreed that the car should be delivered newly serviced and inspected.
The car was serviced as agreed, but with that vision they had just forgotten, so to my great surprise, after a few months of ownership, I received a call for sight.
When I contacted Motorcompagniet again, there was funny enough no reminder that it was the deal, so I ended up hanging on to that expense myself.
It was an oral agreement, and therefore difficult for me to prove. But the moral is that if you trade with Motorcompagniet in Odder, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing.

Spent a month on first figuring out what my car was failing and then getting the scrap premium for it as it didn't pay to repair it! They never called back when they promised it! All in all, a bad experience !!

I buy an Opel Astra in January 2020. The car drives super well however there is too much traffic noise in the car from the outside. This is the contact I am negotiating and they are asking me to come. On the phone, they say it's weird because they have a lot of these kinds of cars on the road and it's not something they've heard about before. When I come by car I suddenly have a story that it is a general mistake of the vintage of Opel so they can do nothing about it. They say that they have previously had a case through the FDM which said that nothing can be done about the problem.
I contact 5 different Opel workshops to find out if they have any experience with what to do and none of them know that it should be a general mistake they have never heard of. I also contact FDM to hear if they know anything. They do NOT.
I am encouraged to make a complaint and ask to have it made. To my complaint, respond to the motor company: the case is closed by the dealer.

The car is a vintage 2017 from October and has noise in the car measured at 100 decibels. That's about 30 decibels too much for that type and vintage. Of course, the case goes directly to FDM.

Have an opel Karl and this place is where I have had the best service with it. And you can always come to know you have some questions. Just just have sprinkler fluid to say, have a service agreement on the car too.

The experience (s) of the slave. Calling for deals that happen nothing. Unfortunately, they forgot. They will then return with an offer. Unfortunately, nothing happens. After I send them an email they get so called that they called and left a message. I have logged all incoming calls and there are no registered calls or messages.

Have only had good experiences with the workshop - Nice and honest employee. Better prices than Citroen workshops closer to Aarhus.
