We bought an Opel Antara from Motorcompagniet which they sold to a customer.
It was agreed that the car should be delivered newly serviced and inspected.
The car was serviced as agreed, but with that vision they had just forgotten, so to my great surprise, after a few months of ownership, I received a call for sight.
When I contacted Motorcompagniet again, there was funny enough no reminder that it was the deal, so I ended up hanging on to that expense myself.
It was an oral agreement, and therefore difficult for me to prove. But the moral is that if you trade with Motorcompagniet in Odder, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing.
