I took in a Ninja 250r I just purchased used after the bike would not turn on anymore.

These guys offered to look at the bike and figure out what the issues were, if any were present. Within a few days they got back to me explaining in detail what the issues were, price for parts and labor and also an opportunity to ask any questions I had about the bike and/or services. I went over the carb rebuild and they explained the process as well as other recommendations and why they were made. They really took the time to make sure I was happy with the repairs which was really awesome.

After getting the bike back I noticed a couple issues that came up and wasnt sure if they were related to the work performed or if it was a new issue that had arisen. They offered to take a look at the bike again and make sure it wasnt an issue relating to the problem. I took my bike back along with some new tires I needed mounted.

After a week went by because they were so busy they gave me a call and told me the bike was ready for pick up! I was so excited to get her back as this was my first bike and was eager to learn to ride better while the weather still permitted.

Overall these guys exceeded my expectations with the repairs and more importantly the customer service provided. You guys rock, thanks again!

Kory and Rick could not have been more helpful. My ZX14R was having rough starting issues and throwing an odd engine code. It was tough to diagnose but they found the problem quickly while keeping me appraised of the situation. Unfortunately the bike ended up needing a new ECU. Rather than telling me they were getting one from the factory, they took the time to search for a quality used one at 1/4 of the price of a new one. They got everything ordered, installed, and running right while always being polite and informative. I won't go anywhere else for service. Oh, and they charged a fair number of labor hours, even though they could have charged more. Compared to the 1-star experience from the place I bought the bike, these guys are world's ahead.

I restored an older bike that many shops would prefer to avoid. I knew my bike needed carb work and a Dyno. I made an appointment at Moto Station and when I dropped off my bike, it was running horribly. To make a long story short, the bike has never run better. It has smooth power across the RPM spectrum, smooth idle and exceptional acceleration. I received great value for my money and I could not be happier with the results. I hope to be a long time client even though they are over forty miles away and it's my pleasure to give Motostation a great review.

They tried to charge me for something I didn't agree to. Their explanation made sense; however, when I told them I didn't agree to it and what I was willing to pay, they agreed without a fuss. All of the conversations were via email, so I had proof. I appreciate he didn't fight with me, but I hate that I had to put up a fight.

MotoStation was recommended to me by two of my very good friends. I ride a BMW S1000RR. I always took my bike to the dealer to get anything done. I went to MotoStaion with few questions in mind. Chris greeted me and treated me extremely well. Answer all my questions that I had. Amazing customer service!

After talking to Chris I ordered a full exhaust system for my bike. Talking to Cory he advised that I should do an ECU flash. I took his advice and let them do a ECU flash. OMG!!!! It was a day and night difference. Preston was hella cool. He kept me updated about the DYNO posses.

The whole thing took a bit of time. You cant rush the good things. I will continue to do business with MotoStation and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thank you Moto Station!

One of the best shops in town. The team here is simply superb. Service is thorough and fantastic - everyone is friendly, patient, and accommodating. My favorite part is that the team offers great advice that fits your individual goals and needs. In addition, Moto Station is a Dainese dealer, which is a huge plus.

The Moto Station is a team of true racers. They know exactly how important every detail is to keep a bike safe and running at peak performance whether you're the King of the Mountain champion or casually cruising Big Cottonwood Canyon. Hands down this is the place to trust with all your motorcycling needs!

Great people, great shop! They are knowledgeable, keep us informed of any issues with our bikes and service, and are great at getting parts we need in a timely manner. When we needed service on a deadline to prepare for a trip, they were great at working us in so we didn't have to cancel our plans. It's rare to find a place that is so consistently customer-focused and provides such high quality work. I can't speak highly enough about Kory and the rest of the team.

Top notch hospitality! I was riding on my Ducati without a GPS and I had parked to look for directions. Until a gentlemen in an M4 approached me and showed me the location. Upon arriving I had all my questions answered by very knowledgeable staff and was able to tour the shop area! I ll be in soon for my next service.

I was racing at the Bonneville Salt Flats during Speedweek and blew out both fork seals on my first pass. My week would have been over but Cory and crew not only had the correct seals but took the time to install them immediately and made it possible for me to continue racing. Being racers themselves, they understood my situation and took care of me. Thanks,Cory

This shop and the service and courtesy are outstanding. Rick and his staff all are all friendly and accommodating and they have excellent highly skilled technicians. I had a flat rear tire on my Honda Shadow 1100 and brought it in late on a Thursday afternoon near closing. They were very busy but said they would try to have it for me the next day. I received a call the next day from Rick and it needed a new tube. Since it was Friday they would not be able to get the tube until Monday. It happened that I had a spare tube in my car and I brought it over to them and they had the bike ready for me the next day on Saturday. The following Tuesday that tube went flat. This had nothing to do with them or their work. The tube was "new" but it had been laying around in the back of my car for a couple of years so was no doubt defective at that point. I brought the bike back in and told Rick that I had ridden the bike (slowly) and had to stop a couple of times to get air to get it to the shop and asked him to check if I had damaged the tire and replace it if necessary. I got a call two days later that the bike was ready. They found that the tire was ok and just replaced the tube, and their prices are extremely fair and reasonable. There is no doubt that many shops would have replaced the tire whether it was needed or not. These guys are honest and will not do unnecessary work. I can not give a higher recommendation than that. Take your bike there with confidence that you will be treated fairly and the work will be great and prices very fair. Be patient as they are very busy, these are stand up guys and will do their best for you without a doubt. Thanks Guys!

These guys are fantastic. Needed some basic service on my 2012 Ducati 1199 and they turned it around in one hour, without an appointment. Local Ducati shop has a two week waiting list for service. They service just about anything. Rates are far below my local dealer as well. They have earned my business for life. Thanks Cory and Chris. Keep up the amazing work.

I have been riding for 5 years and own a '05 Honda CBR 600RR. I go to track days 1-2 times per season.
Cory and Chris have helped me purchase my first full suit so I can finally have my own and not burrow hand me downs.
Cory took 2 hours of his time to make sure I am satisfied with my suit which is the RS Taichi! He threw in some Dainese boots and gloves all for $1100. This is probably top of the line gear for 30-50% off! The trust I build with their service tell me that I will go there again and again. I recommend anyone who like high quality and safest gear to go check them out!
I also go wheels and HID XENON from them. There service is great!

On a cross country ride with my Triumph Scrambler, and badly needing an oil change, I called all the dealers I could. These guys made room for me right away. Not only that but they passed me ice cold water bottles and put Moto GP on the big screen while I waited. The bike was ready in no time. Very professional and awesome shop. Thank you!!!

Needed the front tire replaced and their price for the tire itself was comparable to everywhere else, they mounted it for free, changed the oil and oil filter for free, 50 point inspection for free, in depth tire balance. And they communicated everything with me as it was happening and explaining why they were doing it. Awesome place. I completely recommend moto station to absolutely anyone no matter what kind of motorcycle maintenance you need.

I gave in my 2008 Ducati Monster 695 to get some work done on it before I could sell it. I spoke to Chris and he was wonderful and super professional and kind. He also explained to me that you offer consignment, and after planning on taking one last long ride on the bike I decided that I wanted to have Moto Station sell my bike.
I picked up my bike 9 days after i gave it in and had no issues with the amount owed or service done, that was great, but after Rick rolled out my bike I saw to my shock that on the top of the tank there was a large scar/ scratch. Rick came over after he saw me standing there in shock and told me that it was due to the fact that the tank was known to expand in the heat and bubble. I'm no expert, and that is understandable, but how would you feel to come back to a bike that you want to sell and seeing a new blemish on the tank, that a potential buyer will most definitely be picky about. Secondly, knowing that heat could cause a possible issue with paint, why was the bike left for over a week (9 days) in the sun? I'm guessing that's the reason that the paint split, because I never had this issue before as the bike was garaged all its life. After doing some research I found out that maybe they accidentally splashed some brake fluid on my tank and the paint bubbled. I figured that before i would post this review I would give them a chance to at least apologize and make things right, but i never even received an email back after I contacted them. Very disappointing.

I just picked up Sarah's CB-1 from Moto Station. ...

I just picked up Sarah's CB-1 from Moto Station. For those of you who don't know what this bike is, it was imported for only a couple of years (1989 and 1990) and is a 400cc four cylinder standard (naked) type motorcycle. We've worked hard to keep it nice, and the reality is that I don't let many other people work on it because they don't really respect it for what it is.

That being said, it was time for some service. Being recent transplants to the area finding a shop that we trust is a big deal. We had great resources in Fort Collins, CO and finding a similar community here was important to us. The bike needed some service including new tires, fork seals a chain and some new sprockets. Enter Kory and the team at Moto Station. I dropped the bike off with Chris and they took it from there. In addition to the work that I knew needed done they were able to assess a cold start problem that we've been having for a while and cure it.

When I picked up the bike tonight it was fully ready to go, cleaner than when I dropped it off and clearly cared for.

I highly recommend Moto Station for the care of your special machine.

These guys are great, their prices are the best I could find for a fork seal repair and they went through my bike and found a few other things that certainly needed done and were very fair with the prices for those. They were quick with the repairs and did a good job of communicating through the process. My bike felt so much better riding it home. Would recommend them for anything.

Recently purchased a Ducati 1199 Panigale S from Moto Station. I was greeted by Lacey who went over the bike with me in great detail. The experience was less like "Here, check out this sexy bike, It sure looks good on you, what ya think?" and more like someone who just absolutely loves bikes and was excited to show them to you. She was extremely helpful through every step of the process. While going over the bike she showed me some things that needed to be done before they let it go. I had questions about other bikes as well and she had no problem going over each of them, letting me know what to expect if I were to buy. These were things they could have easily failed to mention if they just wanted to push a bike out the door. I've now had my bike for a month and have zero regrets. I also recommend checking out the store if only to see how bad-ass it is. It is easily the most stunning showroom in the valley. It's not just the bikes, it's how they show them off, it's a teenage wet dream. It's like a dream garage but better. The other staff was very helpful as well. Very easy going guys to talk to.

Took my motorcycle here to get it's 18k mile factory inspection, and they did an outstanding job performing the inspection and calling me up and parsing out what issues they found and how much it would cost to fix. They were very friendly and up front about their services. Nothing caught me by surprise.

They are definitely very busy, so do expect some delays (they also replaced my front tire which took a bit longer than anticipated because they had to order the thing), but they were very easy to work with. Will definitely be taking my bike here again in the future.

Could not be happier with MotoStation. These guys run an incredible shop. I worked with Rick and one other whose name I cannot remember at the moment. My bike was well taken care of by their Ducati master mechanics, returned in a great state, and I can t wait to get back out on it.

My experience with MotoStation was beyond professional and friendly.

One of my exhaust clamp bolts had shaken itself off, and I didn t have a chance to replace it before taking it in. Never made a mention of it to MotoStation but when I got the bike back the bolt had been replaced. Shows they actually did do a thorough inspection on the bike as the bolt was not in a very visible spot.

Definitely would highly recommend MotoStation for work and service, and their showroom has some great eye candy as well!

I took my motorcycle here for a valve job and I left screws in a certain spot to make sure that the job actually got done with I'm doubtful it did because a screw had fallen out and the clamps I tilted where in the same position however he did refund me half the money for the job and made them fix the clamps and put the screws in props for that but I make it half way down the road and my brand new gas tank was crammed down on all the fuel lines and one of them started leaking fuel all down the side of my bike I gave them a call they told me I could bring it in have it looked at see what they could do I don't have the money to have a trailer transfer my bike to the shop or the time off work to take it in I'm just bummed out that I can't find a shop that I can take my bike in and leave with out bringing it back.

Finding an honest and knowledgeable and quality mechanic sometimes feels like looking for the lost Coelacanth of Africa, but Moto Station totally delivers! Never in all my years of motorcycling has a shop gone so far out of their way to take care of my service needs. When I had a blown fork seal right before a big weekend, they totally stepped up and got the problem solved. The service bays are meticulously clean and they even change your tire while you wait! No appointment necessary! Highest possible praise for Moto Station!

Best part is they don't recommend and use the product they get the best deal on, they recommend what they feel is the best product available and let the customer decide.
If you need gear or service I highly recommend checking them out.

These guys do good work. I dealt with Corey and Rick, and they've serviced my Ducati, and my Kawasaki. most recently I needed a front brake job, and a deadline by which I needed the bike. They promised me they'd get it back to me by Thursday and didn't disappoint. They ordered parts that were available only in Texas or California, and had them overnighted for me. It's nice to be able to support a local business with reputable people as opposed to supporting the big monopolies and dealerships.

My husband brang his bike to this shop based on am...

My husband brang his bike to this shop based on amazing reviews from new friends, google and the groups that he rides with. We took the bike in for a valve adjustment. We already knew there was stripped screws and what not. My husband asked that they fix anything that was broken/needed repair. Well, we got the bike back it ran fine, as it should. As the winter approached my husband decided he wanted to transform his super sport into a street fighter so the transformation commenced in our garage. Everything came off and came apart only to find that the stacks(?) were siliconed together and silicone places on top of the screws. When I called and asked, Rick told me that my husband only asked for valves so that s what they did and that the mechanic(s) working on the bike put the silicone on as it is common procedure in race bikes. When I asked my husband he said that he did ask, and the guy at the counter just wasn t listening to him. I was there when we dropped the bike off and I did notice that the only thing on the receipt I was given said valve adjustment and nothing else. I didn t ask my husband because he assured me he had it handled. So back to the silicone. We called and they told us to bring it in and they d fix it properly. We did, and also asked that they reseal the clutch gasket since it was leaking. We paid for parts, not labor. HOWEVER, we brought the bike home and about a week later went for a little ride. Like 30 mins y all and the clutch gasket is leaking. When I called again to ask what s up the only thing Rick had to offer is that I bring it in they look at it and if it s leaking that they reseal the gaskets for free. While I appreciate the gesture I would rather not bring the bike back to this shop. Each time we have had work done we have had to bring it back a second time for the job to get done correctly. I would NOT recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY if you have a bike that you have done work on yourself. We ve spent too much time and money for my liking at this place and did not feel like we get proper customer service care that you should get when you re at a mechanic shop or anywhere for that manner

I am very thankful for this shop for providing me with an honest, quality repair and customer service. My bike runs like new and is a joy to get on once again! I have dealt with a few other motorcycle shops in the past here in the valley and have always been dissatisfied. It's really great to finally have confidence in a motorcycle repair shop. They charged me what they said they would charge me. They finished the repairs in the time frame they said they would finish them in. They gave me additional advice on how to care for my bike. Thank you! These seem like such simple concepts, but are extremely rare in the world of motorcycles because it is such a specialized, seasonal affair in the state of Utah. Thank you Motostation. You've earned a customer for life!
