Extremely satisfied. The kitchen seminar was very informative and helped orient my approach to a big renovation project. All of the employees at Mosby put a lot of energy into understanding my perspective as a customer. Communication was great throughout the project and I could not be happier with the workmanship and beautiful results. Thanks, Mosby Building Arts!

Mosby installed a beautiful entrance door at my home. The workmanship was impeccable and the employees were professional and friendly. Whenever I want something done in my home, I always call Mosby because I know the work will be done right the first time.
Supervisors and workman were all very professional, personable and cooerative. Their priority of QUALITY was very evident. We've had them do two major projects and have scheduled a third!!! We recommend them highly!

Our house is mostly brick and is 97 years old. The front porch entryway juts out from the house. The wood surround, above and around the front door, was quite damaged from an ongoing water-drainage issue. We remembered that a friend had used Mosby, and had praised their work, saying that Mosby really knew what they were doing. From the moment Mosby answered our call to the time when the project manager came through to sign off on the completed job, everyone was professional, pleasant and extremely capable. The communication was great. Mosby not only replaced the bad wood with new durable materials, trying to stay true to the house's original design, but they also solved the water-drainage problem, topping off the effect with their suggestion of using rain chains instead of downspouts.
We knew in advance that we would have to wait some months for the work to start, but it was worth it. Our house has gotten back its curb appeal!
Can t say enough about the great work that was performed on 2 separate jobs. Both times that I have used Mosby the jobs were pretty complicated and we worked through with great service and communication which is so hard to find. I highly recommend them and will use them for my future projects. Thanks to Arthur and Rick for being on top of everything and all the the people I have worked with at Mosby a sincere thank you.
This is a terrific company that does outstanding work. They recently did extensive repairs on our 3-story older brick home that included the roof, dormer, and soffits, plus painted the exterior windows, gables and part of the garage. They also replaced a storm window on the third floor and added gutter covers. This was a very challenging job and the final results are beautiful. The crew was very professional, friendly and responsive and followed every precaution. We highly recommend this company.
Extremely satisfied with the final product! Full bathroom remodel - tore down to the studs, enlarged the shower, reworked the plumbing, replaced the floor and all fixtures, new lights and fan, and added a pocket door - all in two weeks.
Eric, our assigned PM was on top of things and the various trades worked well together. Brooke, the lead on-site was great to work with, and Aiden, his apprentice was very competent and professional also.

We used Mosby recently to refinish our basement. From the initial phone call to the designer to the project manager and every expert crew they sent over, we were thoroughly impressed. All professionals. Great communication. We knew what to expect and when. They even finished ahead of schedule! Not our cheapest bid, but they delivered what we knew they would--peace of mind knowing it was done right. Great work from true professionals. Such a great team. I would highly recommend talking to them.
Overall we were pleased with our Mosby experience. From the initial consultation, to the meeting with the designer, to the actual demolition and construction time with the lead remodeler and his team, everyone with whom we worked was pleasant, professional, and clearly very good at what they do. And we're delighted with our new master bathroom - from the flooring, to the wall color, to the enlarged shower, to the raised vanities and new Onyx and cabinets -- all looks just like we'd hoped, and is a significant upgrade. So why not five stars? Now about one month after the renovation, we have a nagging feeling that an important opportunity was missed at the end of our Mosby engagement. We have one window-seat cabinet door that doesn't close fully like the other two cabinet doors do. Our remodeler explained that this was a design issue, and can't be fixed. Our above-the-toilet cabinet is unfinished underneath. Should it be finished underneath? We're not sure if the designer intended for it to be. That cabinet's door handles slam into the walls on either side of the cabinet, so we've stuck our own clear plastic bumpers on the wall to protect them. Did the designer intend for the door handles to be able to hit the walls? Not sure. We have drain holes inside the shower where our shower glass meets the shower's back wall - about four feet up. Should there be drain holes there? Our remodeler wasn't sure, and said he'd never seen drain holes installed like that by Mosby's subcontractor glass company before. For the underside of the cabinet and the shower glass drain holes, our remodeler took photos, but that seems to have been the end of it. Ideally, it feels like a good final step in the remodeling process, especially at this price point, would include a visit from the designer to ensure that the end product was the same as her vision -- so I'm offering that suggestion here. Again, we're happy with all the hard work and effort that went into our new bathroom, and we're pleased with the results. Would have loved to have come to resolution on these last admittedly small bits of concern.
I recommend the fantastic personnel and the quality of the work that was performed by Mosby Building Arts. We hired Mosby Building Arts to do a front porch remodel which included adding an overhang, a new roof and a new front door. It was a pleasure to work with them from the initial call to the meetings with our coordinator Jody Hall and designer Amy Shaw to all the artisans who worked on our house. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make sure our porch remodel and other work were done to our requirements. The lead carpenter Amer was fantastic. He did quality work and he made sure to double-check the design at each step before moving on, saving rework. We also had Mosby do additional work while they were on-site - new insulation in the attic and repair of cracks in our foundation. All the work they did was very good. The material used was also good quality, will be low maintenance and should last a long time. And if there are issues there is a warranty. We are Very Happy with the final results.
