I call for a referral and have to talk to the nurse and its been 5 days and no one will return a call. I called and talked to someone in the referral department and was told I have to talk to my Dr's nurse but she will not return. Who do I have to talk to, to get a return phone call.
Have used medical, dental, and eye services. Everyone is so nice. I have TMJ and the dentist worked around it. No one has done that before.
They never answered their phone for three day, so that I could make an appointment. There s a automated system message that have you to leave a detailed message and they will return your call, which I never did.
Don t ever call this place unless you are willing to wait 1 month for an appointment. Call Community Health Connection for a same day/next day appointment and maybe pay less for services. Much nicer people and new facility at Community Health Connection! The person that answered the phone was so rude and told me that I can make an appointment that was literally one month from now. If you re sick like having strep throat why should I wait a month just to get in! I ve been there recently but the doctors have to see you again to call in your antibiotics. What a horrible place!
I scheduled my daughters well child appointment and they told me to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment to "sign papers" that they'd already given to me prior to being 10 minutes "late" for an appointment that was at 10 but we showed up at 9:40 so they said "you're supposed to be here at 9:30 to sign papers". THOSE PAPERS DIDN'T EVEN LAST YOU 10 MINUTES TO READ AND SIGN THEM! So we rescheduled, this time we had it at 10:30. Mind you, we showed up a little after 10 and they claimed we we're late and that were supposed to show up at 10:00 because we had papers to sign... THE ONES I ALREADY TOOK HOME WITH ME THAT LAST TIME WE CAME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT AND I HAD BROUGHT THEM THAT DAY... SIGNED! but they still told me to reschedule. What a joke of a clinic! Do not go there. the nurses up front are always snarky and acting like they're better than everyone. ON TOP OF THAT, they never answer their phones but when you get to the clinic they're always there at the front just talking and talking...
Nice staff great DR. only thing sometimes is hard to get them on the phone or nurse voicemails are Constantly full
The only place where their system has an error and You have to wait for the next available appointment, regardless if You been there and had already checked in, is not connected with other Morton clinics system since the show different information they don't even have a correct payment history! Dont recommended, the receptionist does not know what to do if the system has an error! Very incompetent and lack of empathy!
I'm not sure about the pediatrician, but the practioners that handle adults are great. They listen and are helpful. The front staffhowever does seem quite distracted and a bit apathetic about helping you. Overall would reccommend for adults at least.
this lady is NORMA she consistently wrong scheduled my appointment with my dr I had free a severe kidney disease and was in pain she didn't schedule the appointment with the dr I needed only with gynecology made no sense when she said told me both were scheduled. then again today NORMA did it again only with my child's drs appointment who was born with a rare birth defect I see there patients impotance is worse than Walmart customer service I'm filing complaint and changing my whole family's dr there never organized and disrespectful and there security guard needs a lesson on not trying to put hands on women with there children present because I took a photo of the woman I'm filing a complaint against
Nurse practitioner Nichole was amazing and staff as well. Appreciate the readiness of the staff. Was definitely nervous about going in cause I don't like hospitals but they had me feeling at home immediately! Would definitely recommend to anyone without insurance their self pay system is beneficial and cheap!
