I rented a property from MR over the internet, after being shown multiple photos of the interior and exterior. Unfamiliar with Phoenix, I was told that the neighborhood was 'solid'. Upon move-in, the following problems were noted: broken garbage disposal, broken dishwasher, broken doorbell, broken glass and chemicals throughout the backyard, firebrat insect infestation, severe finish damage to the bathtub, and grime throughout the kitchen. The house was vandalized the first night i was there, and the police officer who responded said the neighborhood was far from good - that the house needed an alarm system and bars on the windows. Morrison Residential grossly misrepresented the quality of the house and neighborhood, and just passed the buck to ARP, the property owner. Getting ARP to do anything is a nightmare! Save yourself a HUGE HEADACHE and do not rent from this company!
