I wouldn't normally give these guys the rating they are getting but this last experience was over the top. I have had some work done on my trailer in the past and worked with Marty that experience was great. Now on to the truck side I'm dealing with Doug and that experience is why I'm writing this review.
I called the shop on Thursday morning to explain to them about the AC issue I was having. Doug informed me that they wouldn't be able to get to my truck until afternoon, if not then Friday morning, ok so I drop the truck off inthe morning.
Friday rolls around and i don't hear from Doug so I figure I'll give them the work day in case it's not done. I call on Friday at 4:30 and was not able to get a hold of anyone. The weekend goes by and I call on Monday morning to find out the status on my truck, this is where the issue starts.
They inform me that my truck is DONE and I can pick it up. Ok so they performed the work and never got authorization to do so, to top it all off I asked Doug to block the AC lines that go to the rear bunk. He startsto talk about cutting them off and rewelding them shut. I tell him that I don't want to do that I just want them unbolted from the distribution block and plugs put into the block as that's what freighliner said they would do. Now keep in mind they did about 4 hours of work on my truck and I still didn't get it back on Friday. I get my invoice to find out he did exactly what I told him NOT to do. This is the second time Doug performed work without prior authorization and now without following the customer's requests. I will not be using these guys for anymore future truck or trailer repair. I would also recommend to future customers to underline to them to call you before the work is performed or get the unexpected bill.
