The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a calm and comfortable environment for patients. However, I did encounter some challenges with communication and coordination between different care team members, which caused some confusion and stress during an already difficult time. Additionally, I found that there was room for improvement in terms of providing additional emotional support and counseling for family members coping with end-of-life issues. Overall, while the care provided was adequate, there was an opportunity for the organization to enhance the overall experience for both the patient and their loved ones.
