Trucker friendly place! Got loaded pretty fast and out on my way to Loudon, tn.
I worked here for six months. They were short people and I was waiting for another job...I said I would give them honest labor for the time I was there. And it overall went well. It was long hours and hard work. Took me a bit to catch on but, as with anything. Learning to doing something well, makes for easier work. I feel I was treated and respected by those I worked under. Many people quit in the short was there. Many compliments about it being a horrible place to work. I disagree. We put in some long days. But, the money is fair and in my experience management was fair to.
Many of your employees use drugs because of your lack of drug screenings. Employees are using drugs on your property in the parking lot. Many of your management team also use drugs & advise other employees to keep urine substitutes in bottles between their legs to pass drug screenings. also, your management team also falsely accuse other employees not doing assigned duties, falsely writing employee complaints & harassing employees in ways to make their job a bit harder then usual. All because they were caught by other employees that looked the other way. Please drug test & watch your employees! Peoples lives are at risk!
Was working there for two weeks kept getting moved around they put me in the warehouse for not even two days only had half a day of training then got let go
