Great experience from setting up appointment to getting work completed. Plumber called ahead, was on time, friendly, did great work coming up with solution that saved me time and money.

Although Morgan Miller Plumbing's shop is on the opposite side of Kansas City from where I live, I have used them on three separate occasions. They always have arrived when promised. On the three occasions I referenced, the Morgan Miller expert quickly diagnosed the problem, and moreover, fixed it pretty quickly and quite reasonably. I had a plumbing problem within the past two weeks, and called MMP.
Said, from MMP, came out and quickly located and fixed the problem. I was extremely pleased with his work, as I anticipated. I will not even bother to call any other company about plumbing problems in the future, even if their shops are closer to where I live. Morgan Miller rates 10 "stars" if that was possible!

Michael W. treated my house as if it was his own. He went beyond job expectations! I have never had a plumbing company do as much post clean up as he did. Now I don't need to work with other plumbers because Morgan Miller is my go to.

My floor drain in my basement had backed up. I called them after hours and they had somebody here within the hour. There was a bit of a hiccup with the first guy they sent out, and ended up accidentally breaking a pipe. I called Bob (service manager) the next day and he was quick to come out, assess the situation and get it handled. I appreciate the extra mile the company went, I would recommend them to anyone. Fast response, excellent service. They value customers. A+ thanks guys.

Morgan Miller Plumbing definitely took a horrible day and turned it around. Our main sewer line backed up out of our basement floor drain yesterday evening.

I called Morgan Miller this morning based off of the positive reviews on Google. The scheduler was super nice and worked with me to find a time that was confident. They gave me a 2 hour window instead of the normal 3-4. Chuck, the plumber who got our case, called me and we made arrangements to meet early. Early!

Chuck arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgable. I showed him the basement drain and where our main drain stacks were. He then walked around the exterior of my home looking for sewer access to get a better idea what was needed. He was able to snake the drain to the street getting a mass of roots and paper out. He ran our basement sink the whole time he was snaking and for a while after to make sure there were no more blockages.

Chuck then cleaned up the mess made by the snake. He did a very thorough job and our laundry room smells fresh and clean. He even cleaned the walls where the snake and splashed.

Pricing for snaking our main line was very reasonable and less than I thought it was going to be.

10/10. Morgan Miller is definitely who I am calling first next time!

Morgan Miller came out and quoted me $700 to replace my toilet and $455 to replace my garbage disposal (parts included). They also charged me $50 for the visit, which I wasn t informed of up front. I later googled the prices of the material they would be installing... totaling around $275... sooo looking at labor costs of $875... seems quite high IMO.

High prices and dishonest business practices (not informing of the $50 trip fee up front). I would not recommend.

I am amazed that there arent a million great reviews on Google about these guys. They did such a wonderful job installing our new water heater and we couldn't have asked for a more polite technician. We were reffered by Guaranteed, our cleaning co. and they spoke highly and they couldnt have been more correct. great price, great service hands down!

I called for an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She was able to fit me in within the hour and I felt like she was truly happy to help me. The plumber was right on time. Said was very pleasant and patient with me as a mom of a three year old and a seven month old. He went above and beyond with the drain issue and gave us tips on how to prevent clogs. Happy I called them!

Had a bathroom tub and sink backing up. They came out right away (same day) to assess what was needed, then again to do a 4 hour job. Reception was always friendly, they were great at communicating, and Luke did a fantastic job with the plumbing fix. He even went above and beyond in cleaning up some dried waste that had accumulated in our unfinished basement for us! Would recommend them to friends and family.

JUST PLAIN RUDE ON THE PHONE! WOULDN'T WANT TO WORK WITH ANYONE LIKE THAT. GLAD IT CAME UP RIGHT AWAY

This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. He was quick and professional. He diagnosed the issue in minutes and fixed just as fast. He even gave me advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. If you need a plumber, this is the only place you should consider.

They've shown unperfetional work spent 3 hours only made the back up even worse tearing the wall apart with out outing anything back together still charging a fee with no progress thanks

I spent $330 for no reason. They didn t fix my issue, in fact they didn t even use the correct cutter to run through my 4inch pipes. I had to call another plumber just to get my pipes unclogged. I feel like I was ripped off from this company. It s funny that another company could get my issue fixed only 2 days after this company took my money and fixed nothing for me. I m very disappointed and feel like there are not competent plumbers working here. And they don t offer many solutions to your plumbing issues, so thanks for nothing.

Within 30 minutes of my landlord approving a new hot water heater, there was a new one here being installed. Our tech, Daniel, was awesome. He had to cut quite a few new pipes to install the new water heater and they look amazing with no leaks; much better than what was there. He cleaned up after himself COMPLETELY with only a new hot water heater and pipes to show he was here. Daniel was so patient with my 5 year old and our dog shadowing him everywhere, asking a million questions and trying to share slobbery dog toys. I definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Daniel's performance and professionalism deserves 10 stars! Awesome job, guys!

Needed a water line hooked up to our new refrigerator and was getting so frustrated with trying to get an honest, reasonable service company to do the work until through a friend's referral I called Morgan Miller Plumbing. We were so lucky they had a service man close by so he came over within an hour. Joe got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I wanted to follow up and let you know that Anthony and Steve did a REALLY good job on the plumbing work at our house. We had them replace 3 faucets in guest bathrooms, both faucets in the master bathroom and the kitchen faucet. I also asked Anthony to do some extra plumbing in the basement related to our water shutoff valve and compression cylinder relocation to the hot water tank. They knocked it all out and everything looks and works great. You will be my referral go to for plumbing from now on. Thanks again.

I have used this service for a few years now and refer my restoration clients who have faulty plumbing issues. The guys and gals over there are some of the best in Kansas City. I know when i send business their way that I will get a call back from my client and they will be happy if not thrilled!

I called for a free estimate on $1000.00 of work on my house.
The man that responded required $50.00 for the visit without any prior notice.

Superior Plumbing got the job and I am disputing the credit card charge.

Total disaster with these guys - made me wait for hours and then just cancelled the appointment - i had to call them to rebook. But once the plumber came he did a great job.

While traveling internationally Morgan/Miller replaced a simple 1/2 inch shut off valve in a rental property that I own. I trusted previous reviews on the internet. Big mistake! Cost for a simple pipe sweat (see photo) was was 266.00 for what no doubt took less than 20 minutes. I cannot recommend M/M for any repair job. Furthermore a quote was given for 200 plus for replacing a simple Tub spout. This is ridiculous as Lowes has this item for under 30 dollars and the job is simple to do. I will NOT be calling on M/'M again for service when I am unable to do the work myself.

Reading the Journal and saw an ad for Google Business that highlighted a small business. I liked the picture of the technician working, loading tools into the back of his van. I can tell it's a van because of the shelving. Looked at the tools for a moment, nice organization. Liked the matching hat and jacket uniform. Jacket - this must have been taken late winter or early spring. Maybe 8 months ago. Then I saw the example Google Business ad in the top right corner and noticed the 4.3 stars. I instantly got nervous. As a small business owner myself, I guard google reviews with my life. I'd die if we were under 4.5 stars. Even 4.7. So, I thought, might as well give these guys some Love because obviously they're doing something right. They have a full page ad in the Journal.

Alex did a great job in our home!!! I would recommend Morgan Miller Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work. We had a pipe break late at night with a house full of guest. After talking with several plumbing companies on the phone who's ads said they worked 24 hrs/day and responded to calls 7 days/week, Morgan Miller was the first one who said they'd be at our house within the next hour. Alex was at our house in 30 minutes. He repaired the pipe we knew was leaking and another spot that would have been a future problem. He did it quicker than he predicted, and then, not only cleaned up his mess, but helped to clean up the mess the water leak caused, also. Great workmanship, great people and great company that takes care of their customers!

Called the company for a simple toilet clog. Instead, attempted to upsell me for a yard-based clean out at $1200. Background: I own a great deal of rent properties. Tenant called to tell me the toilet was clogged and the toilet had a leak around the base. Call Morgan Miller to have them fix the seal and run the line for the clog. This is a very, very common procedure which normally involves removing the toilet, running the line, and replacing the toilet with new seals. Instead, the technician attempted to find the main line and run it. Point of fact: all other drains in the house are running clear. This is NOT a mainline issue. It is a clog below the toilet but above the main line. If a yard-based cleanout were installed, the tech would have to run the line UP to the house, not out to the street. Company said they could not help. Tenant's drain still not open.

Morgan Miller just left our home. We called them out on a Sunday because our main line was clogged and overflowing through the pipe our washer dumped out into. Called them at 1pm and they were out here within 2 hours. Not only did they fix the problem but the guy also helped us clean up the mess which I did not expect. The weekend price was very fair. I really appreciate them not taking advantage of us and will be recommending them to everyone!

I just used Morgan Miller for the first time based off of a referral. Scott my technician was outstanding. He quickly identified where my leak was coming from. Explained to me what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it and then he went right to work. He was very professional, fast, and detailed. He also went above and beyond by making sure my toilet wouldnt shift going forward on the tile. It's so nice to work with a company and technicians that are there to fix the problem and not trying to sell you on a service plan or extras. Thanks Scott for a Great Job. Our technician, Luke, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional. Not only did he explain our basement drain issue, he also took the time to explain a few other things we asked about. He gave recommendations about potential issues, but he did not try to pressure us. He fixed the basement drain problem and explained possible future issues. I will definitely call Morgan Miller Plumbing for all of our house's plumbing issues. The fee for the work was reasonable. I am very happy with Morgan Miller Plumbing and I highly recommend them.

We haven't used a plumber in over 21 years so we didn't know who to call. We selected Morgan Miller Plumbing due to their work with Habit for Humanity and their on line reviews. They scheduled us for within 3 hours of our call and arrived within an hour of our call. Daniel is a very hard worker, very pleasant and professional. We highly recommend Morgan Miller Plumbing.

I can t Even begin to tell you how wonderful this company is. We are first time customers and had a situation that needed to be dealt with as soon as possible. From the very beginning when we contacted the company and the woman was so nice and super efficient. 25 minutes later we got a phone call from the plumber he was 20 minutes out it was perfect. He walked in and he was friendly and kind. He fixed everything and continued to give us advice on how to prevent that specific thing from happening again in the future. I wish I could ve gotten the woman s name that I spoke to and made the initial appointment. The gentleman that serviced us his name is Joe Digusto. The company had a promotion going that was so impressive that involves canned food donations and a certain amount of money off of your service for the donation. What a smart and clever idea to help the community that they serve. Thank you for everything.

I requested a second opinion on several plumbing issues involving water pressure in my home. Russell was very professional and friendly. Russell explained the 3 issues that another company said I needed to have fixed/added. I ended up needing to replace one valve and feel very comfortable that the other two issues were not as necessary as I was previously lead to believe. I felt the cost for the replacement was very reasonable.

Russell also gave me an education on brands of faucets and where to buy the best quality.

I would highly recommend Miller Morgan Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We have owned our home for 20 years and have never had to call a plumber. The thought was terrifying. We had a drain in our basement that was overflowing when my washer drained. We called Morgan Miller plumbing because of their reviews and we like to support businesses in our community. Shawn came to our house on time and in less than an hour my drain was running clear. He also gave us pointers on how to keep it that way. After he cleaned up all of the black stuff that came out of the drain you couldn't even tell he was there. Shawn was so professional and if we ever need a plumber again we will definitely call Morgan Miller .

Called this morning regarding awful water pressure after having two water line breaks in 48 hours. They were going to try and be here late today or Wednesday. Got a phone call from Sayid about noon. Was in and out, plus had to go get parts in about 1 1/2 hours. Did 2 stools and 3 sinks plus a tub and shower. OVER DELIVERED. OUTSTANING SERVICE AND PRICE.

Not only did they fix an icky problem, they cleaned and disinfected the mess when they were done! Above and beyond the service I expected! I will definitely be using this company in the future! :)

Morgan Miller Plumbing did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. They showed up on time, worked 12 hours the first day and back in the morning to finish up. Very Reasonably Priced which was bonus! Their master plumber Alex was professional and took extras to make sure the job was done right!

Anthony came and figured out what he needed to unclog a floor drain where my furnace is. He did the job quickly and had the drain unclogged quickly. And he talked and was very friendly.
