I recently contacted Morgan Fire Protection with an unusual request, explaining that my almost 4-year-old son is absolutely fascinated by fire alarms, bells, emergency lighting—anything fire safety-related. To my amazement, Morgan Fire went above and beyond. They kindly sent a box filled with an incredible selection of items: a fire alarm, emergency light, a range of safety signs, pull stations, and even a log book.

Laura handled my enquiry and was absolutely fantastic—friendly, thoughtful, and so generous. This was a completely unexpected act of kindness, and one we’ll never forget. Although I haven't used Morgan Fire’s professional services directly, I would highly recommend them based on this experience alone. Their customer care, generosity, and willingness to make a little boy’s day truly stand out.

We’ll be gifting the box to our son on his birthday (in a few days), and I know he’ll be absolutely ecstatic. Thank you, Morgan Fire, for going above and beyond!

Feeling the need to express thanks to Paul Chandler for his help with set up of unit, we now conform to all audit needs. Past companies inability to spot issues and remove nonconforming extinguisher from site is a clear indication care isn't being taken. This is what sets Paul and the rest apart.

What an odd company. Their prices are actually quite good, but the people are so difficult to deal with - and this isn't just one person who is tricky but everyone I dealt with (apart from the managing director who unsurprisingly ignored my e-mails). I got hit with a 'site visit charge' which no-one could explain and in fact no-one ever visited site.....

Great place to purchase fire protection equipment. The md is very helpful and most knowledgable

Called our receptionist and said " we are coming on X date to carry out a service", did not obtain authority from anyone within the management team. When question on who booked the service, was advised that they refilled one of our extinguishers in the previous year and made a note of the inspection date and then booked themselves in. Called to advise that you cannot just book yourself in, was told that because I signed the inspection sheet it was our problem!?! How can you book yourself into a company without consulting them first? Will pay but will never use them again.
