At first, after the quote, I had a good impression, but that was before.
I am first given a date and time but "the office must call me back for the price"
The office reminds me the day before the set date, gives me the price (correct) ... And tells me that the day is complete, that there is already another site that day (more lucrative, certainly). The next date is 3 weeks later, early afternoon.
I am called back the same day at 9 am then 9:30 am, but since _i_ am not available "they will call me back". (Indeed if we have an appointment in the afternoon, I am not likely to be available outside the agreed hours, but misunderstandings can occur) I am not remembered. I do it.
Appointment is made for the next day, 1 p.m.
The next day, no news. I call back at 1.20 p.m. then 1.30 p.m., I fall on messaging. In short, it is 2:30 p.m. and I have lost weeks with a window and a picture window that no longer closes. Morality when one is a small customer one goes to the hatch it seems.
