Lamentable .... Almost a year to replace a bay win...

Lamentable .... Almost a year to replace a bay window ... which finally cracks a few weeks later .... and now 6 months waiting to play the guarantee ... I'm still waiting to the current time. NO WORD !! Really a company to advise against
