Although the chippers are pretty good units I am extremely disappointed in the manufacturers ability to provide parts to there dealers I called to order a clutch assembly and bearings on Thursday was told that the shipment would be in Friday, get there to pick up parts to find out the manufacturer didn t ship my 100lb part because there truck was overweight so now I won t get the parts until Monday if they don t have an excuse for not shipping again costing me significantly on downtime. At least Vermeer has parts to you next day even if it s the only thing they ship maybe it s worth paying the extra money to them for the name at least it comes with good service..

Not a good experience with these guys at all. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. Don t expect anything to be done in a timely manner, and definitely don t expect any communication. I ve been nothing but dissatisfied.

We have been running Morbark for 20 years and I ll never switch, we have a competitor of theirs right down the road and they are a well run business but as they don t sell Morbark we don t go there. If you want a chipper that can take the abuse that is dished out daily in big removals and lot clears get yourself a Morbark.

A couple of their Engineer guys came down today and checked out our chipper today. Its a 1997 36" Drum, hand fed, diesel. The guys were super nice and even brought us some Morbark hats and togo coffee mugs! Was a pleasure to have them come down and check out our machine in action and do thier little tests and such.

Terrible. I bought a Morbark 15R and am on the second engine and now i might need another one. The machine is only 2 years old. Evertyime their is an issue with the engine they tell me PSI, who makes the engine, holds the warranty. I own a manufacturing company as well as a tree business, if you make a product, with parts from another manufacturer you should stand behind the entire product. Its not the customers job to research every part that comes in the chipper to see its reliability. I bought this chipper from Morbark, not anyone else. I will be moving future purchases, which is quite a bit, to other manufacturers. In this business, you cannot have unreliable equipment and not have support from the manufacturer.

Safety First!! Morbark & Rayco companies have combined their efforts in manufacturing equipment for the forestry industries. We are impressed with their builds and appreciate how they strive to develop relationships with customers over the years again and again. ...use Morbark chippers of any model type to work smarter, not harder. Highly Recommended.
