Used to be good company to work at now is a joke. When u need something no one answers to.you but if you do something bad oh your phone will ring right away. Pay days are every 2 weeks on fridays as long your close to the office or if you are far away expect your checka super late.....3-4 days late.....
I love working for this company. One of the best security companies in the center valley.
Owner never paid his employees for the last 2 months of work
Learned quite a bit of things about this company. First of all they treat their security guards very poorly and do not train them whatsoever. The second issue I have with this company is the very poor management. As another comment stated they have a very high turnover rate for a reason. Most people work for this company with good intentions, But it is ran by a bunch of chimpanzees. They do not work as a team with their security guards and as a result they are unsuccessful with protecting property of their customers that they create contracts with. Most of the guards have very low self esteem and will only work for their paycheck and nothing more. It's really just a very depressing business if you ask me. Its about nothing that has to do with protecting anything other than the money that they are making off of their customers.
Fun at first was getting enough hours but left in the dark with out a sound
Monument Security treats most of there officers like garbage and will not properly train the officer where they have posted him/her and they lie continuously. They have a high turn over when it comes to employment, they should be investigated for any and all false reports against hard working individuals.
I was just tossed in without proper training. This company needs to properly train their guards and work with them. It wasn't a bad experience but this company does need improvement.
Found out the hard way that management handled the company very poorly and kept its employees out of the loop. They filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and did not feel it necessary to inform its employees of this fact.
I worked for this company for 3 months. they were good to me. no hassle with hours, money, or pay. they work with you and made lots of promises. but at the end, they gave me the shaft. I was left in the dark about their bankruptcy. I have bills, I live check by check, and I need my money. all I got was a text, 'did you hear? they are gone! there is no company to work for.' wow, thank you for nothing monument. But, thank the LORD, Camden picked me up. still have a job and I'm going to be paid. thank you Camden. any one out there who was dropped by Monument, good luck & trust in your faith and the LORD. I will forgive & move on.
Do not work here. Jamenson (if that is still the manager) screwed me big time. He and his office staff lied about a situation at the Alhambra Safeway I and ended up getting in trouble with the the law. I hope they close this office, do not hire them or work here. I was not trained at all and got thrown into a crap storm. Stay away stay away.
