Dr Moore is wonderful! I have been seeing her for 2+ years and she is so knowledgeable and the best at what she does. She has helped me with neck & back issues, vertigo, and generally helping me feel much healthier. She has such a fun & welcoming personality. Her office staff is very friendly too. Dr. Moore is genuine, personable, and sincerely cares about the wellbeing of her patients - physically and mentally. She takes time to listen, educate and treat in the most effective, natural way. If you have to wait to be seen, know that it is well worth it. Office staff Sheila and Hailey are also fantastic.

top notch service. The good Dr. has adjusted me perfectly many ,many times. Last visit she helped put my hip back into socket. She is awesome of testing and reccomending proper supplements that support my health and wellness. I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR CHRIS SINCE THE LATE 80'S OR EARLY 90'S WHEN SHE WAS IN ARLINGTON TX. I HAVE NOW FOLLOWED HER TO PLANO. LIVING ON THE NW SIDE OF FT WORTH, IT IS WELL WORTH THE TRIP FOR ME, I GO EVERY FIVE WEEKS FOR MAINTENANCE CARE. HER HONESTY IS NUMBER ONE ON MY LIST. MY HUSBAND WAS HAVING BACK ISSUES WHEN WE FIRST STARTED OUR VISITS WITH HER. AFTER MANY VISTS SHE TOLD HIM SHE HAD EXHAUSTED EVERY AVENUE TO HELP HIM WITH HIS PAIN, AND SAID WE NEEDED TO SEEK ANOTHER PATH. HE EVENTUALLY HAD TO HAVE BACK SURGERY WHICH WAS A SUCCESS. I HAVE BEEN SEEING HER EVER SINCE WITH MY BACK AND HAND ISSUES. SHE KNOWS JUST HOW TO RELIEVE MY DISCOMFORTS, SHE HAS HELPED ME WITH DAILY SUPPLEMENTS AND HAS GUIDED ME TO OTHER AIDS TO HELP IN ANY ISSUES I HAVE HAD. Just Lost a potential Customer. I understand it's MONDAY but whoever answers your phone was RUDE! She didn't sound happy to be there at all and didn't sound like she wanted to be there. Not going now.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore s for over 2 decades. She, along with her phenomenal team, have saved me from multiple surgeries in that time-from Scoliosis to sports injuries! Along with the musculoskeletal adjustments, she has also worked with me on healthier diet, pregnancy care, and migraines. Suzy, her Front Office Coordinator, is not only a professional, she greets every client like a beloved friend. She is prompt on appointment scheduling and availability, knowledgeable on fees associated with potential treatments, and she sees the big picture, when it comes to Dr. Moore s treatment plans for clients and patients. This team is not just a standard office where you go in, get an adjustment, pay and leave-they are a team that aims to keep patients and clients moving towards a healthier, better lifestyle. Will continue to refer friends and families, as I personally see the results that are consistently achieved.

Friendly and welcoming office staff. You can tell Dr. Moore is applying a lifetime of skill and experience when she address' your needs. I felt comfortable during my treatment and my pain subsided almost immediately. She gives clear direction on how to gain the most from each visit. She is a lifesaver.

I never got a confirmation call or email when we scheduled our appointment. Suzy sounded very put out with us when we called to find out when the appointment was and she informed us we had already missed it. Ok fine, my bad. I should have put it on my calendar right when I made the appointment. She claimed she didn t have any contact info to send me a confirmation, so when I asked if I needed to give her my number she told me, no I have the number you re calling from.

Flash forward to today, we arrived for our 5:00 appointment right on time so as to not spend much time sitting around in a waiting room during a pandemic. I handed my profiled paperwork to Suzy, who was not wearing a mask, and took my seat. While we were waiting in their lobby, my daughter spotted this Hunger Games meme about saluting other non-masked humans in the grocery store. So, ok... Karen doesn t think she should have to follow governor directives. Despite this we waited.

After waiting in the lobby for 24 minutes, we were finally taken back to an exam room. My daughter was growing tired of the waiting, especially since we had just been in and out of an Airrosti appointment with no wait. At the 30 min mark, past our appointment time, I told her we were leaving. I don t have time to wait around all day, and if they can t be respectful of my time (or safety with no masks) then I don t want to give them my business.

I wish I could give more stars. I had been experiencing sciatic pain and progressive lower back pain for months. After one visit with Dr Moore it was the first time in months I woke up without pain. I have implemented a few stretches and changes she suggested and have continued treatment and have seen tremendous improvement. I have been to many chiropractors over the years and Dr Moore is by far the beatI have been to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's for over 25 years. She has taken care of myself, my children, and my husband. Dr. Moore's belief for building health from the inside out with proper nutrition has served us well. I have so many examples where she has gone above and beyond to care for us but I will share our most recent. My husband was diagnosed with a sudden onset of ITP. He worked with a hematologist who told us antibodies were killing his healthy platelets and the prescribed course of action was surgery or medication with known side effects. Of course our very next phone call was to Dr. Moore. Within 2 weeks of working with Dr. Moore, his platelet count is back at a healthy level. Dr. Moore sets herself apart with her holistic approach to good health. She has dedicated her life to supporting the body's interrelated systems, rather than simply treating the symptoms. We are so grateful for the love and dedication that she gives to all of her patients.

Dr Moore has been caring for all my health needs for years. Caring and compassionate. I love all the staff at the clinic. Truly grateful to have them here in Plano!
