I never got a confirmation call or email when we scheduled our appointment. Suzy sounded very put out with us when we called to find out when the appointment was and she informed us we had already missed it. Ok fine, my bad. I should have put it on my calendar right when I made the appointment. She claimed she didn t have any contact info to send me a confirmation, so when I asked if I needed to give her my number she told me, no I have the number you re calling from.

Flash forward to today, we arrived for our 5:00 appointment right on time so as to not spend much time sitting around in a waiting room during a pandemic.
