Took my Escalade in for a recall and to address road vibration at higher speeds. From initial call, took about a week to get the car in and then 4 business days to complete the work. I was updated the whole time and when I mentioned I bought road hazzard/wheel insurance (from another dealer I have had issues with) they tracked it down, and my bent rims/wheels were covered saving thousands. Due to the savings I went ahead and had additional work done, transfer case service, alignment, oil change. Never any run around, never any excuses, never finding "loopholes" as why they can't do something, gave me a loaner. Selling cars is the easy part, how you are taken care of after the deal speaks volumes
about a dealership. Big thanks to Donald Sealor for taking care of everything!
