Our order was delivered when promised. The double sided coin we wanted was, in my opinion, complex. However the quality of the coins turned our really well. Monterey representative was patient with us getting the design just right and made a couple of good suggestions to improve it. I commissioned Monterey Company to make a custom keyring for my new trademarked logo for my music career. Eric was very pleasant and easy to work with during the design phase, and he sent great samples images, and mark-ups of my keychain would look like. Finally, we were ready, and after accepting their reasonable pricing, I placed the order. A few weeks later, my keychains arrived, and they are fantastic. It is a metal keychain, about the thickness of a quarter. It feels sturdy but not heavy. The engraving and the white letter really pop off the dark background. The mesh of the microphone actually allows the background to come through, so they are very precise. See the picture below. Monterey really valued me as a customer, and I talked to a real person, unlike many websites that offer custom items. I would absolutely use them again. This is a great company!

My high school class of 1969 from Watertown, South Dakota wanted to honor the students of Watertown High School class of 2020. Which was impacted by the Worldwide Pandemic during their senior year.
We thought what better way than to a mint a commemorative coin to that related to their experiences of the 'times' and to have a keep sake for the future.
We asked Monterey Company about such an idea and if they could design such a coin, but we needed a fast turnaround on the coin so it would be available for their graduation.
The turnaround was great! But it was the quality of the coin that give this company, their product, and personal a 5-star rating for the from the Class of 1969.

Such an easy process!! We thought it would be hard, because we knew what we wanted but had no artists in our office. With the help our Monterey representative, Eric Turney, the process was easy and quick. We used images from the internet to help convey our desires, and the Monterey Company's artists did a wonderful job putting those images to paper and later our challenge coin. Also, the quality of the coin is great. We will use them again.
The Monterey Company s customer service is unmatched. My organization s finance protocols proved difficult to process an order that took around 6 months to approve on my end. Throughout the lengthy process however, The Monterey Company representative not only gave us the space and understanding during the ordering / design process... but stayed vigilant over the course of 6 months. They checked in with me periodically and were extremely professional and courteous at ALL times, despite the length of my particular ordeal.
