Working for Leading Edge was great. They kept me busy with temp work in different offices throughout San Antonio so I learned a lot. They also assisted me in finding a temp to hire job. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this agency when seeking employment, whether full-time or par-time.

This company email me about a job position but after I went into the office I heard nothing else from them. Rather than give me information about the position I applied for they send random jobs that do not match my skills and less pay. They can not even honor their creed. Worse experience with a temp agency.

I am grateful to Lori Gonzales for initially contacting me about a potential job. I am also glad I chose to come in to apply with your staffing agency when I did. The entire staff, beginning with your receptionist, was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The system you have in place, such as online application, orientation video, final online forms) is so organized and moves along very swiftly. I normally do not take the time to write reviews; however, this staffing agency is deserving of one. Oh, and thank you for the coffee and popcorn!

My experience with LeadingEdge Personnel was great! I was paid on time. I would recommend this company to others.

This company will chew you up and spit you out in a heartbeat. They have you do all these requirements before being presented with any jobs. Once you have completed all that they tell you that they will send you a list of job availability based on your resume, but instead they send a mass email to everyone and if the "recruiter" feels you meet the qualification they will send the client your resume.

If for whatever reason you accept to take a position but decide not to after all they will not send you anymore job listing. I've seen invoices before for this company and they literally low ball you on pay. It's not worth it here.

The staff at the San Antonio office are AMAZING! I worked directly with Lori Gonzales throughout my short time there and she went above and beyond to help me get into a permanent dream job. Leading Edge is one of the best job agencies out there. They are quick about finding work for the perfect candidates whether it is for full time, part time, temp to hire, or temporary positions. Lori is the most friendliest person and she is all about helping you to find a job that fits your need. They actually all are very hardworking people and always are willing to help in any possible way that they can.

Extremely professional company, very organized and timely. We had a need for a temporary employee, called LeadingEdge Personnel and they quickly took care of everything. Amanda showed up on time, Moni from LeadingEdge showed up as well with a box of warm chocolate chip cookies and a smile. Amanda has done a very good job filling in as if she had been here for years. We would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing employees. We could not be happier. Well done Moni and Amanda.

I applied to a position via indeed. I missed a call from leading edge who said they were wanting to set up an interview. I called and the lady who answered the phone said Tracy I said no, is this leading edge? She said oh yes. I told her Natalie and Daniel has reached out to me to set up an interview. She said what is your name. I told her. She said hold on I ll get Daniel. I heard her say Daniel let that go right before she hung up on me!!
WHAT!! Who says let that call go. How unprofessional!! I will not be working with this very unprofessional company.

LeadingEdge Personnel is by far the best staffing agency I have had the pleasure of working with. I have used other agencies in the past, but I have never had such quick responses or placements. The staff is amazing. I have already recommended this company to a few of my friends.

I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE. They are unprofessional when it comes to communication with their fellow employees. I suggest not coming to this company for any work , just going out to indeed and putting your application personally for a specific job. This company rips you off of the money you have earned and isn t reliable when it comes to being professional. If I could save each and every one of you from applying here I would!

I worked for them as temp for a year and 3 months. All was wonderful, they are very professional and take care of their employees, until the people in the company I was assigned started discriminating me. When I called them to ask their help to get other position, they didn't help me. So I had to quit and look for another job by myself. I understand that their business is to keep the contract with the customers, but employees who help them to make money should be protected too. Thanks God there are more options. But if they change their mind and help people could be awesome. So my qualification is coz of the bad experience I had.

It took at least 6 months to get screened only because I was persistent. They finally placed me with ABC company. As the assignment came to an end and for months after LE had nothing for me. I went and got another job on my own at XYZ. I was no longer active with LeadingEdge. I asked them several times to remove me from their system or list me as inactive, whatever it took to stop the emails. I applied at ABC company and received a job offer but because they had me listed as active with LeadingEdge I couldn't be hired. It had been months since I was at a new job and requested to be inactive with LE. LE refused to "release" me. Eventually I found a way around it and got hired but I find it so low for LeadingEdge to try to make money off something they did not help with at all. I called time after time for work and nothing. They KNEW I was inactive and employed elsewhere but still would not budge. I understand the temp to hire but this was not the case as many months had gone by.

Was called in about a position in my area, never heard about it again. I have years of secretarial experience yet they never find me any jobs. Everything states you must have that type of experience. What's the point of using them if they are of no help. I think they discriminate. Why get hopes up, they won't help everyone.

Very professional and helpful. Found me a job very quickly and kept in touch with me throughout the interview process. Friendly staff, quick to resolve any issues and answer questions.

Not so helpful, they'll call u when they feel like it.

Lori called me Dixie through an email then never offered me a another job. I understand if you make a typing error, but there is no reason not to give a person a job because of your mistakes as an individual. Very unprofessional group of individuals. No follow ups and they do not inform you what happened after you go in for an interview. I had to call and ask for Feedback. Feedback is always nice for that reason i am giving this feedback with hopes that improvements are made, so other people do not have this kind of experience.

Working for Leading Edge Personnel has been an amazing experience. I got work within several days of joining Leading Edge and I love the company I have been placed with. They're very considerate of their employees and flexible with any of your needs. I would recommend Leading Edge to anyone who is in search of temp or temp-to-hire job.

One of the greatest Temp-Hire Companies to work for. their customer service, payroll everyone overall is great, answers your questions promptly and offer competitive pay for a Staffing Agency. Very Great full with the overall relation and work i do. Also, very efficient on finding you a job!

Never booked a job after the interview. The mass emails are annoying and without purpose. I do not recommend unless you enjoy wasting your time and breath.

I signed up a month ago, and they've contacted me once. All of our other interactions I have had to call and re-introduce myself each time, so there is obviously no sort of on-going profile for people signing up for their services. In fact, I was told what I was looking for is "not out there" right now, or something along those lines, even when I have specified that I am willing to work for pretty much whomever, as long as they at least require a college degree. I have been nothing but pleasant when I contact them, so I'm really not sure why they are so unwilling to work with me.

So far so good. They were fast finding employment. If you have great test scores and come highly qualified you will have no issues finding work. Tattoos now days will always be a issue. Never give up. Just cover up.

I told them I was looking for a full time 3 months or longer position and the hourly rate I needed. Never got sent out on a job that was longer than 5 days and not once did I receive a job that was no more than $2 per hour UNDER my required rate. I've frequently had people tell me similar or worse stories. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Leading Edge Personnel found me the perfect part time job with a great company who worked with my schedule while attending school. I recommend this temporary agency above all others!

this is the worst agency ever!!! I have called and email back almost every recruiter that is working there and not once have Ive heard anything back. they email me with different positions all the time but when it comes to contacting you back or you calling in for that spot no one is ever available or no one ever gets back to you. by far the worst experience ever!

This place is a scam & a waste of time. The few times I've called to speak with a staffing manager, they only say they will evaluate the "perfect candidate." They don't place people in temporary positions. They won't help anyone find work.

All these positions are temporary clerical jobs that pay about $8-$9.00/hr. What value do these staffing agencies provide? All they do is reject every job seeker and if one is lucky to forward a resume to a prospective employer. That's it!

They are not placing investment bankers, computer programmers or corporate lawyers. They need to keep things in perspective. Every one of their staff is rude, unintelligent & unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this company. You will be ignored & walk away empty handed.

SPREAD THE WORD-If you are needing a job, you need to go see the staff at Leading Edge! I was very nervous walking in, but everyone was AMAZING. It was the most comfortable environment and the staff makes you feel so welcomed. I cannot thank Lori, Mya and Alyson enough - thank you for helping me and making me feel like I was your only customer. You all ROCK!!!

I walked in without a job, walked out with a job!! Lori found me the exact job I wanted that was 5 minutes away from where I live. They re already considering making me a direct hire after a few weeks, since I m already doing very well the first day. (Props to Lori for finding me a job that she knew I d do well in!) I cannot say enough about LEP. I know that if this job does turn out to be a temporary job, they ll find me another one within the week.

I found this company on craigslist and I was surprised it wasnt a scam! All of the staff I have met and talked with are so nice! They are so helpful as long as you show that you really want to work. I worked a three day job first and had a blast working a comic convention, and no problems like they said getting paid whenever jobs ends. If you are new to the area like me this is the best temp agency to go through to find a job. I am now working a job that is temp to hire and I really like the job. Give Leading Edge a try you will not regret it paid weekly and between the 3 job offers they pay at least 10 and up.

I applied with the agency online and got a call the same day. The next day i had my interview and orientation. Four days later I had a job. (Temp to Hire) Everything worked out quickly. Very happy with the staff and the new job.

I highly recommend Leading Edge if you are searching for work. The staff is incredibly kind, professional and helpful. I signed up with the and quit my job in retail, a week later I had a full-time, 3 month contract with a company. I have already learned so much with new experience.

LEP takes a lot of time to get to know you and they value their employees as well. Once a month, the staffing coordinator for my area stops in to the office and check in with me, they usually bring little gifts and such as well! They're an amazing company and it's an honor to work with them!

I have applied twice to a in house position. Well the first time I call multiple times and sent multiple emails. If you tell me your going to call regardless if I get the job or not, then stick to your word. The second time they called me about a position. I already told her I have been in to the office before for an interview. So she told me she would call me back after she spoke to the lady I interviewed with. Its been almost two weeks now. Did she call back NO! When I created my profile I put I only want jobs that are direct hire. I keep getting emails for jobs that are one week or one month. If you don't have any don't send me emails! I have never been with a temp company that takes this long to find a placement. When I told the lady I didn't want the job for the one week, she act like she had an attitude. I have been a recruiter for almost 9 years, so I am looking to stay in that field, so why would you send me a job that doesn't go with my skills. unbelievable!!!!

I discovered Leading Edge at a job fair, and was excited at being able to come speak with them first thing the next morning. Everyone was wonderful from Alyson, the recruiter I spoke with at the job fair to Lori, the woman who interviewed me, but I specifically wanted to mention Crystal, the receptionist at the front desk. She was very welcoming and walked me through every step of the process. I came in when the office was rather busy and she devoted the same care to each individual, which is the core of great customer service. The process itself was rather quick as well. My job fair was Wednesday, the next day I had an interview and orientation, and Friday I had to do some tests, which I greatly appreciated being able to do from the comfort of my own home. By Monday, Lori was already emailing me positions that were available. That Thursday, I received a call about a job and they set up the interview for later in the afternoon. The interview went well, so much so in fact that about an hour after I arrived home I received another call, this time to accept the job offer. Overall, I believe that Leading Edge is an exceptional place to work and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking office/administrative work, especially because I was having difficulty finding something through my own job search means..

I did get 2 job interviews but i felt like i always had to email to get an update. After the two interviews i email them for other jobs i got no response. So i did waste a month on using them . All the jobs i got was never threw a staffing agency it was on my own. So atleast i can say i did try an agency but now i know why i am better off on my own. Honestly alot of companies rather have u apply online directly to there company. They usually look at your resume first vs staffing agencies.

Great culture and atmosphere within the company. I had the pleasure to work with Lori. She saw the value in who I was professionally and worked to find me my next career move! I have used other agencies in the past and Leading Edge Personnel is the BEST! Can't go wrong using Leading Edge.

I liked this place up until i was suddenly my employment ended. The jod Leading Edge chose for me lasted only 1 month. The people told Leading Edge not to have me come back because I was making too many errors. First of all I wasnt trained properly because many people were telling me many different things. I was not coached or warned about any mistakes EVER. Lastly the sheets or slips Leading Edge gives you to fill out at the end of the week were always signed but the open space in PERFORMANCE REVIEW never listed any mistakes or problems that the company(AVNET) may have had with me. Anyway I filed for unemployment and I routinely checked with MARITZA to see if they recieved the paperwork. Sge finally did and said on Monday this week shed send it off, turns out she did online WEDNESDAY. I called unemployment to see when I'd receive my check. They said Leading Edge said I was fired!!! FIRED?? I called Maritza asked if I had been fired from the company and she said no she had to answer that way because they only have 3 options fired laid off and quit. I was not fired they just want to keep me from being paid. They have no documentation showing that I made any mistakes, coaching or warnings to prove this. TWC looks at the reason you were let go and this reason is not a reason to deny benefits. Ive been in this same predicament before and was granted unemployment and I shall again.
