The Monterey Company helped me manufacture my first keychain order for a client - a crazy 5-color PVC Vinyl design. The process was simple, the staff responded to my many emails back and forth immediately with solid information and advice, and the resulting product looked fantastic. This was a strange design, too, full of small pieces and angles. The client was over the moon about it, and her customers now prize these little gems! I would enthusiastically recommend the Monterey Company for any order. Just go there first and save yourself some time and get it done right!

The products are great and they will literally create whatever you dream up. However, the reason why I stick with them and will continue to do so is because of their customer service and response.
I recently stood up a business and hosted running events. I have had Monterey design and cast 2 different finisher medals for those runs, and both were exactly what I wanted. They made any and all edits and changes with no hesitation and quickness.

I worked with Eric to create a 3D pin - as well as a patch - for a special event. He and the design team worked hard to ensure that the pin design captured my very specific vision. Once I approved the final designs, the pins and patches were produced and shipped very quickly, arriving before the date that we needed them. I would work with their team again in the future and recommend The Monterey Company, especially for their 3D pins!

Eric, one of the representatives, worked with me to make a manufactured design that they could use to construct my pin from.The Monterey Company not only brought my design to life, they were also able to fulfill some of my request; such as place holders for the Swarovski crystals I use in the pin. If there were 10 stars available for customer service I d give them 11. Great experience from start to finish. They even caught an error and brought it to my attention after I approved the proof. Every step and detail was communicated. Then the coins arrived and they are spot on. I will be using them personally for future projects as well as referring my Fire Department for professional projects.

I tried 4 other companies to make a real 3D pin for my restaurant. No one could do what I wanted. I reached out to Monterey and they completely understood what I was looking for and produced a really lovely pin for a very fair price. The turnaround time was not very long either.
