I have never been in any business that had the capacity to reflect my personality on every visit, no matter what I needed or my expectation were MonroevilleJeep met them. Walked in to be very quickly helped. Low pressure sales, took me right out in the vehicle I looked at online without fuss or issue. She walked me through all the steps to buy my new Jeep, trade in my old Jeep, and kept the entire experience quick and painless.

The contract people had everything ready, very easy to understand with all figures and pricing up front hiding nothing. The contract and signing process was the fastest I have ever experienced, while walking away knowing everything I signed.

They could use some snacks laid out for people, but did have coffee. I really enjoyed buying my 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and highly recommend these guys!

The entire experience was excellent. Salesman listened and was attentive. They didn't go back and forth 5 times with offers that we were going to decline. They heard what we were looking for and gave us 4 scenarios that fit and we chose how to proceed. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed by our salesman, Steve! He was very knowledgeable and easily answered my questions. He understood my needs and helped me find the right vehicle for me. We had visited several different dealerships in Monroeville. Steve was the only one who seemed willing to give us his time and attention. He was even able to explain all the new technology available in my new vehicle, without referring to the manual!
