Very bad service, uninformed secretarial staff, and an unwillingness to allow customers to speak with the mechanical staff. To quote another local I asked about the place, "I wouldn't trust them to change my bike chain"

I ve continued to be impressed by the knowledge, thoroughness and decency of the people here. I found them by complete happenstance when I overheard a friend from Porsche Club remarking on how satisfied he was with their work. I was thinking of getting some body work, brakes and upgrades for my 1969 911, and they got back to me quickly with a quote. Even though I decided not to go through with it at the time, they were nothing but courteous. Almost six months later when I finally decided to bite the bullet, they were just as wonderful. They answered all of my many questions, kept me updated, and used all of the oem parts they could. They were much cheaper than the dealership to boot, and much more personable. The tall thin fellow that runs the place is as knowledgeable about cars as they come. I told my son in law about them too and he s been taking his BMW there ever since. If you re looking for the cheapest option, they re not for you. But if you re looking for the highest quality work done right, by people who know what they re doing, you won t be disappointed.

very poor experience, the unwillingness of the secretary to hand the phone to the mechanic was terrible! it took them 2 weeks to even tell me what was wrong with my car, definitely will not return. giving two stars because eventually they did tell me what needed repaired, which i respectfully declined and did it myself.

Estimate from Richlin was 2 1/2 times the price of another shop that finally did the work on my car. Said they couldn t get something unstuck, other place had no issues. Have both estimate from Richlin and invoice from other shop. OEM parts used by final shop and was STILL much cheaper.

Although your mileage may vary with Richlin, this is a hard NO for me.

Great service staff and very knowledgeable about import cars. Their diagnostic sense is very good and they get you the best bang for your buck when it comes to repairs and far cheaper and in my opinion more superior work then the dealership. Five stars and an extra bonus star for Brandon the owner and the entire staff in very helpful!

Will never go back to this place based on last horrible experience. Other reviews are spot on regarding that the clerical staff is clueless and a major part of their job is to keep you from talking to Brandon. Please look elsewhere if you want honest, competent and responsible service.
