Great company to work with. I've been renting from them for 5 years and I have had no issues with the property or getting any issues fixed right away. On the contrary, they have addressed all concerns quickly and efficiently. Our property is always well groomed and cleaned without us having to ask. Landscaping is always on point. I appreciate the effort they put into the property, as it reflects positively on my company.

This company has purchased a convenience store on highway 280 out of Sylacauga Al and have done terrible job maintaining the gas pumps. There has been plastic bags wrapped around half of the pumps since they purchased the store.
Such a joke of a company to work for. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time.
