Monreal insurance solutions was just what I was looking for. A genuine company that I trusted from the beginning. Adrian personally handled my account and information. It was a smooth process from start to finish.

What a positive, friendly, energetic and reliable guy ! Insurance can feel awfully impersonal but he countered that by making little videos because we were geographically distant. You can tell a relationship is really what matters to him. He cheerfully listens to what you want and need even if it takes dozens of questions and emails. Hopefully you won t do that to him like I did. Thumbs up from me.

Adrian started out as just an insurance agent that I was referred to, but he has shown how much he cares that he has become someone that I can call a friend. He helped me out initially with a really sticky situation caused by the lack of action from my previous agent. What makes this guy special is that his responsiveness and his attention to my account. I text, he responds. I call, he calls back. I email, he gets back to me. He is building his business by acting with the highest integrity. There s a lot of agents to choose from, but if you want an agent that actually cares about you, then give him a call!

I was moving out of state and wanted to also switch my car insurance. I am really glad I found Monreal Insurance Solutions. For me, auto insurance has always been incredibly confusing but they made it so easy to understand. The staff are very patient, knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the options and recommendations and are completely happy with it so far. We have more coverage now than before and pay less than what I paid previously with the other insurance company.

So far so good. I've dealt with several insurance brokers in the past, and while I've only truly ever had one negative experience, it did cause me to develop a false perception of what "good" customer service was. We don't usually deal with insurance brokers until a problem arises, which if all goes well, should be rare. But when things go sideways, a good broker SHOULD be accessible, and for me that hasn't always been the case. This brings me to what I love best about M.I.S; I have confidence that any time I reach out I will get ahold of somebody, or they will reach out in a TIMELY manner. Whether it's email or phone, somebody will always answers or gets back to me ASAP. This, to me, is the most important part. I just moved my insurance over to Monreal Insurance Solutions. Mr. Monreal was very professional, friendly and easy to contact. He made the transition so easy and I hardly had to lift a finger. He covered all grounds and was able to get my same insurance and roadside assistance for $50 less a month!! Yup! I'll take that extra $600 a year! Thank you Mr. Monreal!

Monreal Insurance Solutions are the best! Their approach is very different than what I'm used to. After speaking with the agent on the phone regarding my insurance needs he made a video explaining what was being sold to me. Insurance has always been confusing to me but he really made it easy to understand. They definitely won a forever client in me!
