What a positive, friendly, energetic and reliable guy ! Insurance can feel awfully impersonal but he countered that by making little videos because we were geographically distant. You can tell a relationship is really what matters to him. He cheerfully listens to what you want and need even if it takes dozens of questions and emails. Hopefully you won t do that to him like I did. Thumbs up from me.
