Ideal and a very popular place for an indoor gateway with children and also great for hosting birthday parties. Cheap but not so much healthy food options for children . On weekends with bad weather it is an ideal place to go with children and let them be themselves without any danger of harm while parents can catch up on important things or just sit back and relax . Good WiFi to work as well if you want. Free car park opposite the street.

Reservations are needed in corona times. The online system they have for this works great. The climbing frames are well maintained and the kids have had a great time. Ordering food and drinks is done via easy terminals (such as, for example, at the McDonalds). Employees are friendly and helpful.

Great for kids, fee is cheap for entrance. Buying food there gets you good food also a lot of things the kids like, but it's not cheap. You're allowed to take your own food.

The place gets understandably busy when the weather is not good enough for playing outside. Going in the morning solves that problem.

The playing area is wel maintained and there's a separate area for smaller children.

To get there you have to go to a house number in the street which most navigation systems don't recognize. Use Google Maps :)
I would suggest parking at the nearby sports club and walking 2 minutes.

Where do I start ... my son turned 4 years old and made a reservation at the Ballebak in Rotterdam South. I understood upon arrival that only 2 adults were allowed in with 8 small children. We have never been told this .. (there were several people outside, who wanted to celebrate a birthday of their son or daughter and did not know about it) To make a long story short, the Ballebak did not help us and literally Left out in the cold, with cake and all of our family and my kid who just envisioned him celebrating his birthday. I then called Monkeytown in The Hague and I'm very happy with Amber, I think she was the manager or team leader from there. But she really welcomed us with open arms, because of her we could celebrate my son's birthday party. How happy I am with such people who look at the interests of others! Where I stood with my hands in my hair, she gave me a feeling of peace and my son enjoyed it !! If I could give 10 stars I would have done it with all my heart !!

SUUPPER HAPPY!
Thank you Amber and team

Nice well-arranged indoor playground for the kids. In the summer it is warm (no air conditioning) and a lot of noise when it is busy. Free parking at the football field across the street. If you come here regularly, it is cheaper to buy the ten-ride ticket (59 euros while a single ticket costs 7.95).

Most filthy toilets ever. No supervision at all. Adults and children walk on (dirty) bare feet. Rules are absolutely not enforced and if you report this to the staff nothing will be done with it. Toddler section is regularly terrorized by the older children. Whole meals are consumed in the play areas. Very handy!

They do their best for corona prevention. What bothers me is that if you want to register at the till, you now have to pay 1 euro (approx. 15%!) Extra entrance per child. That while it is also practically empty inside. A bit of a shame such a non-reservation fine. I would rather have seen a different way of customer appreciation.

Small space and well-grouped structures with easy access for the kids. You can see all the structures from all tables so that parents can.actually relax for a while without having to help the kids climb complicated structures all the time.

Nice indoor playground. Our 3 year old son has a great time. They have reduced rates for children up to 3 years on weekdays before 11.30 am. Admission is not 7.95 but 4.95. Unfortunately I was just fifteen minutes late and I had to pay the full blow. Too bad that different devices were broken.

It is a pity that you can not get a stamp or something so that you can come back later in the afternoon without having to pay for new access, I find it strange and wonder if this was a single employee who did not feel like it or that this policy is. So just go home because of an afternoon nap means paying again .. you will not see us again.

Toilets smell, although it was early and not crowded. As soon as the 10-ride card is full, you will not see us again.

Just a lot of fun to go to with children to let them climb and clamber. For adults don't pay an entrance fee, I was pleasantly surprised. And that while as adults you will probably just have to climb with your child ;-)

Visited the indoor play center during a children's party.
Our toddler really loved it.

Pros:
Friendly staff
Nice play material
Plenty of seats
Exit door secured so that small children cannot go out by themselves.
Maintained sanitary facilities.
Plenty of parking space

Cons:
No ventilation! All children became overheated, at an outside temperature of 22 degrees.
No supervision with playing material!
Parents did a lot themselves in terms of paying attention. Had to look for a mother of a child myself once because she incorrectly used a device that belonged to large children. After that we brought in staff.
Smoking zone right at the entrance. Nice when your child has to smoke through the nicotine

Furthermore, an OK play center.
It is not a Zuiderparadijs, it is top there.
But fortunately it could also be worse, that of The Hague Megastores is sad.

It was a pity that at 11 32 we were so 2 minutes late and had to pay the full price! Have been on time with our clay son for at least 8 weeks in a row but no leniency. Fijn afterwards finely solved. Employee came to explain and offer cup of coffee and lemonade. Top arranged. We are specially from Zoetermeer because we find it so well-arranged and clean here.

Very nice place to play for children of many ages! Very busy in the weekends then there is often no place left and they still let people inside. Often too massive. On weekdays during school very nice

Well I thought it was fine because my daughters liked it very much and the food was good it was clean and nice play equipment and the parents were free because with some you have to pay while the parents don't go to play so that is a plus.

Great indoor playground with slides, trampolines, ball pits and lots of climbing. On-site restaurant with variety of menu options. Next to large, free parking lot. Clean even with high amount of traffic. Only downside is can be extremely crowded and thus difficult to find a table.

Good to do but now several parts of the play elements defective / broken as well as considerable wear. This must be repaired / replaced for safety reasons. Also experienced several times that breakfast is not possible. This is not mentioned and an alternative is not offered for the same money. Then you are much more expensive unless you let the manager get there. Then there is something possible. Indicated that this type of business simply needs to be communicated and indicated properly. Makes the experience more pleasant.

Nice place for kids. Better visit during week as it gets very crowded in weekends and holidays (very very crowded). Food isn t as you d want while waiting for your kids to finish but it s understandable. Coffee is average. Overall a great place for kids to have fun and feels very safe.

4 Different slides, 4 trampoline, section for babies, changing room, free parking and it s 7.50 euro per child.

I only have 1 problem, in the design of the long slide there a hole on the way up that leads to another part of the game and little kids keep falling it while running without noticing it. My daughter fill in it and I had to set next to the hole to make sure she doesn t fall again. Please close it or add a net to it!
