Monkey Town Breda Review

Monkey Town was fun for the kids and not overly expensive

On arrival she told us that socks are mandatory. We could buy there for 1 euro per pair. Once inside, we saw that half of the children walked barefoot ... When I noted it, no action was taken.

Staff is uninterested, the (already high) prices on the menu are wrong from none (and then hide behind the printing errors line on the back of the menu). There is 0 supervision from the staff. Maintenance of, among other things, the ball tray is not satisfactory.

Great location to be children with different ages. Play equipment looks safe. However, mats do shift regularly, which can get you stuck or fall hard. So keep an eye on yourself to properly lay. Could something be found on it? Price up during vacation. Mmmm that is not really customer friendly.

Nice place where the children can play undisturbed and parents can watch. Only the catering industry is somewhat pricey in my experience.

Very nice also for children who can crawl, there is a lot to discover.
I just thought it was very warm

Very nice indoor playground. Have fun with our little ones of 18 months in a safe environment.

Difficult to find if you do not know where it is. There are enough parking spaces. Inside it looks neat and your kids can play nice.

Everything ok. Nice playground. Children like it. The only downside is the lack of changing rooms to leave jackets / shoes.

This is a nice playground for the kids, but they don't know the word customer-friendliness there. I'm not just for the playground but for the complete picture. Service is important to me. The last time I was there, they had a power outage so you couldn't pin. I had no cash with me at that time and I could not order a drink for my daughter because I could not pay with my debit card. The employee at the desk seemed to me as if it did not interest him. Not even apologizing for the inconvenience and in the meantime my daughter was crying because she was thirsty from playing. I packed our things and drove to the mac. Never again Monkeytown Breda for me unless another owner comes. Enough other indoor playgrounds for the kids in the neighborhood.

Particularly bad environment for children and adults because of the open doors through which the exhaust gases from the next to the play paradise ?? Tank Landing car have free admission.
Not to think about what can happen if something really goes wrong there

Monday January 10 in the morning we have been quite cold ago people sat with the jacket on the cold capucino was not nice too bad !!

Bought a 10-trip ticket online that could be picked up on first visit. The babysitter who went the first time had to pay again and when she understood that double payment had been made, nobody could return money and it has already taken two days to reach the person who apparently can / may do something. No 'sorry' heard yet. Customer unfriendly

When the pressure is on you will find a table, you should not sit back while the vrij.ben was asked not to sit there, but look around for a table while 12 tables are quite behind in. Wifi is free but not strong enough.
But for kids is great.

Good hygiene rules, adults are not allowed to play with the children. But that's not so bad. Then just drink a coffee! And they have a temporary menu card.
It is not busy because you have to book now, so the children have plenty of room to play. There is also a wide range of clean tables, so there is enough space!

Great play for young and older kids. Mom and Dad have a drink.

The kids can go crazy. Wekend is best to come after 16.

Great food and nice staff and a great indoor playground

Far too expensive for what it is, there are similar indoor playgrounds with free entrance. So expensive you expect something as a mega play city of a different order than this: many times larger, attractions, animation, ... Here you pay an entrance fee and the food and sweets are also expensive (6 euros for a handful of smarties and your own made lemonade). But they were open, the others we sometimes go to were closed on Mondays.

For children under 7 years nothing for larger children

I am amazed at the new corona rules. And that these also differ per Monkey Town. Nowadays you pay double the price for a day in Breda. If you work with time slots, adjust the prices. These are simply malpractices.

Very few staff so you have long waiting times with food and drinks

Great fun for the kids and well worth a visit. The food is of minimal quality and taste but this is usually in this type of business. The decoration is very nice and the whole is safe for the children.

Nice indoor playground for the children, it is a pity, but it makes sense that drinking is not super affordable, 2x Coke and 2x Fristi is 9.00
I don't know what a regular price is, but I don't find it particularly affordable, but it will be part of the Earnings Model. The playground equipment can be called clean and safe and that is very important.

Great place for kids, definitely a good program for them to enjoy the time. Lot of children friendly and safe areas where children can play around. 4 stars, coz i would be glad to see an assisstant in each area who is having an extra eye on the kids. :)

Always a lot of fun, especially for children between 2 and 6. Everything is also well organized, with plenty of capacity to properly facilitate all the many visiting kids and their parents.

In addition, everything is kept clean, something that not every children's play palace has.

On the pricey side, too expensive for a family with a small income

After years I went back again because I heard better stories. Barely open and not even vacuumed. Does not give confidence in the rest of the cleaning, especially in corona time.

Pressure. Warm. Factory. As the photos show, food is left on the floor for hours. And then you have to walk over it with socks. On the "very quiet" Thursday (according to the staff themselves), the toilet had not been checked all day.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our little one is always having a good time.

It was really busy in the autumn holidays and it was very clean!

Great place for the children, at peak times it can become a mess. You come across everything and everyone.

The children can enjoy the indoor playground safely

The catering part is very bad. Almost everything on the menu is unhealthy. When we asked if they had anything like apples for our 2 children, they looked at us in surprise. They had exactly 1 apple and that at half past eleven. A healthy sandwich was not complete at half past one as the eggs were already gone.

So your kids will LOVE this place. However, it is hot, loud, and crowded.

Beautiful indoor playground, everything clean and tidy. Plenty of chairs, tables and benches for dads and mums.

Very nice for the children but for us as parents very fresh. Find the catering industry ridiculously expensive .... 3.50 for a ham / cheese sandwich where you really had to find the siege between sandwiches. But yes the children have played wonderfully

Not as noisy as most indoor playgrounds. Despite the crowds to do well today! Spacious, carpet, safe equipment and a nice trampoline area for the bigger ones. Even a playground for the little ones has been thought of.
Oh yeah. And very reasonable prices for food and drinks and a wide range. Almost five stars for Monkeytown!

A very nice one
Neat and cozy playground for kids from 0 to 12 years old.

For a nephew's 1st birthday came here for the party. It was very well arranged with a play area for children up to 4 years and a play area for children who are older. You have plenty to do in both areas. It all looked very neat and tidy. Definitely recommended to go and play with your little one.

Recently celebrated our daughter's sixth birthday there. Been to Monkeytown in Breda a few times before to play, now including a birthday package.
Unfortunately it was one big setback. All the nice things in the arrangement were out of order. Table not decorated, no special chair for the birthday boy or girl, no snack box, no candy bag, etc. Everything had to be asked and then it was eventually done halfheartedly, but this did not feel good.
There were 4 girls working and it was quite busy. One at the till, one in the kitchen, one behind the bar and one at the entrance, so there was no one there for the extra tasks such as clearing tables, adding decorations, etc. There was simply not enough staff. The girls were hard at work, but they were simply too few. If you offer these kinds of things, make sure you can deliver. Now it was a big sof and it felt annoying to have to ask several times for things you paid quite a lot for.

For us the last time to celebrate a birthday there ...

Nice place for the kids. They like to go there regularly.

Nice branch of Monkey Town, clean and uncluttered. We are happy to get there, both for the corona time and now. The big advantage of having to make a reservation is that it is never too busy. That the prices and entrance conditions have been adjusted a bit because of corona and you now have to purchase an arrangement, I find understandable. I would be happy to pay a little more if it means that a company can still manage at this time. I think the content of the arrangement box is a point of attention. For toddlers there is a box available with a piece of fruit and a bag of squeezed fruit. This is top Monkey Town! For children from 4, however, the box contains a bag of chips and very sweet candy. I would also like to offer my 4-year-old something healthy while playing, such as (squeeze) fruit or perhaps a sandwich. Maybe that's another thing to consider.
