Cancelled after they changed their website to single width mobile phone portrait mode, and now I'm having trouble getting them to stop charging my CC. Website change was just the last nail in the coffin... Post media editorials posing as news, poor delivery, and full front (and back) page ads also helped make the decision.

delivery to rural address is terrible, lately non existent. this past week we did not receive one it day after being told on Monday morning that we would have by 3:00 pm , it never came and we have not received any since. Poor excuse for customer service on a paid service! We pay for delivery & are not responsible for delivery, that is their problem. If they can't deliver they should not charge customer.
I took the year subscription to get them to stop calling me...Every week I would get these telemarketing calls from Brunswick News, so to stop it I agreed to the subscription for a year cause it was dirt cheap. I got this paper before and suddenly they changed the format and made it as crappy as a paper can be. I cancelled my subscription because of poor quality an poor delivery.
And this is no better years later. If there is a delivery problem don't report it, they will make it worse. I started missing my paper back over a week ago.....I found out there was a temporary delivery person and he was delivering it at the front of the driveway, I live in the back of the house. I just happened to be out there one mid afternoon when they drove by and dropped the paper right on the sidewalk in front of the driveway. So I knew right away passerby's was picking up the free news paper on the sidewalk, and why not? I called them again and said that I don't live in the front of the building on that street I live in the back of the building off of Branch street...And said if they were going to deliver the paper at the front of the building at least throw it farther in the driveway instead of dropping it on the sidewalk....
Well it got worse...I got a message on my machine saying the delivery person agreed to deliver it to my door....The problem is they don't deliver it to my door they deliver it to the neighbor's door and he is not being paid to deliver it to me and wants it to stop....
This people are scraping the bottom of the barrel in hiring employees both working at the paper and the delivery side of the operation.....
I want to stop the paper but I am wondering if I make that simple request, how are they going to screw it up? One can only tell....So I called and told them to stop putting the paper in my neighbor's mail box at his door....Throw the paper anywhere...On the street, on the sidewalk, in a tree, across the street on someone's lawn...Just stop delivering it to my neighbor.....Let's see how they will screw that request up......
My advice, buy a book, watch the news on tv....The Brunswick News are one screwed up bunch of people......
