We love this store. Good weekly sales; great deals on 8 o'clock coffee! Store is clean and staff are friendly.

Always clean, friendly helpful staff, wonderful Cashiers. Owners are super friendly

Great local Metro. Good selection with moderate prices. One a very few stores that will still help you load from bins into your vehicle.

Good butcher. Well displayed fruits and vegetables. Have hot lunch selection as well.

Social distancing is totally lost on this stores emplyoyees/customers. Not a thought about wiping down the counter at cash out, between customers. Expect numbers to climb in Pembroke

We always shop at this Metro. Recently purchased a Prime Rib roast on special. I have been cooking prime ribs for over 40 years and this time the roast was tough as boot leather! This is the 2nd time I have bought beef roasts on special and they have both been tough. No more!

Lots of vegan and organic choices :) also they offer 10% military and veteran discount on everything.

Found what we were looking for at a great price and more.

Your regular kind of grocery store. One definite area where this location loses marks, is the steep decline that is the parking lot. You can't take carts out of the store for safety reasons, I suppose. Good selection of products and friendly enough staff.

A lot of choice, good service and the opportunity to go shopping for groceries at the door.

Passable produce section, but shockingly overpriced. Sales are almost non-existent unless you buy seven of something you really only want one of.

More commonly known locally as "Moncions", Metro is one of the better grocery stores in the area.
Prices can be higher than other stores however the quality of food and produce is always superb.
"Old fashioned" Service is still a priority the same it was when "Old Mr Moncion" owned and ran the store.
The only store i can think of anywhere that still has a drive-up where your groceries are loaded into your vehicle for you by store staff.

Good meat and baked goods. No lines during covid so far. Groceries loaded in totes and sent outside for drive up and loaded in your car by attendant. In store pizza kit excellent value has all the basics dough cheese sauce and pepperoni. Sometimes has other extras as well. Also great premade sandwiches and other in-store made meals.

Very neat, clean, well laid out store. Tasty baked goods. Fresh produce, sandwiches and prepped single serve salads. Prices are steep, I stick to sales. Excellent for those who may require help with bagging groceries and only place that has curb side pick up for your groceries. The deli salads are so good and worth the coin, after having salads in local restaurants that have skimpy servings or rotten lettuce with a huge price plus tips...I go to Metro, Thank you so much, it is the closest I can find in quality as if California was next door. Way better than Trader Joe's or Whole Foods!

Metro is expensive no matter where you go in Ontario, this one's not much different. I've only gone for sale items and this Metro often charges more than all the other grocery stores in the area.

Great sales this week ..very busy but always find a checkout right away when I'm ready .Staff are super friendly.

Clean bright and when they have a sale it is worth shopping there. Food is always fresh and great selections. 5 would have been given if every day prices were better.

Always a nice, clean store. Flyer specials and in store specials are usually pretty good. Beautiful deli counter, serving fresh, hot food every day. Wonderful meat department with local butchers. Otherwise, a bit pricey overall.

I find some of their cashiers have a need for hanger management, holy cow.

The produce in the vegetable isle is always fresh. The isles are always clean . Plus the real bonus is that the Lineberger cheese is back by popular demand!

In my area, Moncion is close and convenient to reach. The prices are cheap, and service is great.

Dont trust their cake decourites they mess up ur entire cake my daughter was so exitced to see here cake and when she came home it was comepelty not what she asked for and was super disaponnet next year my family is not getting are yearly birthday cake from metro .I would rather get walmart cake

Prices match the produce, witch.. means it's worth the extra cost, as the quality of their products are delightful.

The cashier was sweet as well as the girl bagging. The ypumh man in veggies helps me out all of the time. He is so pleasant. I have to stress how amazing the older gentleman is that loads the groceries. He is above and beyond helpful, respectful, kind and very sweet. I appreciate his help and personality. I hope he will get acknowledged for his hard word and kindness. I will ask him and the veggie guy next time I'm in.

Great selection of breads and deli products. Staff are friendly. No long lines to check out. Curb service is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Prices are higher than anywhere else in Pembroke, but they do have drive up area where staff will load your groceries for you. Meat selection is smaller than elsewhere, but bakery has really good selection of breads and cakes. Produce section and bulk foods is average. They are also one of the few places that has a Canada Post outlet, so convenient for dropping off and picking up mail and parcels. Very few crowds, so easy to get in and out with what you need. Heaven compared to local WalMart super center in regards to crowds.

Found moldy sushi and when I told the staff they didnt seem to care. They said we get shipments in on Thursday. Produce is always looking rotted. Probly not the fault of the staff working there. They cant control when shipments come in they are just working there, I get it. For the price point you would think the owners would worry a little but more about things being fresh

Love the store and the products are always fresh. Their prices are higher compared to other grocery stores in the area but I don't mind paying a bit more for good quality. Their staff, especially the younger ones, I have found to be quite unprofessional. They don't greet you, don't smile and just all around looking like they hate their job, but seeing as this is the only grocery store that you can collect Air Miles at, I put up with it.
