Questionable Practices! We have Anthem Blue Cross for our son and we chose Monarch as his medical group. Poor decision! I should have ran fast last year when they wouldn't put the correct date for meeting my out of pocket for him. It took much fighting and they always act like they can't fix anything even though Anthem will correct the date and tell them. Here we are again with the same issue. At some point isn't this just fraud?! I have called & called and they say there's no billing department, they can't call a provider line to Anthem (though Anthem says they call it all the time) and they just push me off to different people that can't help me. TERRIBLE.
