Fair price - and worth every penny. Nadia HUSTLED and did a great job. Spring cleaning is the last thing anyone wants to do while juggling a newborn and a busy toddler, we will definitely be calling Mona Cleaning again.

I had Norie and Cheryl come to clean my townhome. They did a great job considering the amount of stairs there are. They even finished 1/2 hour earlier than expected. I'm only giving 4 stars because I felt that for a 3500 sq. ft. home and 4.5 floors they should have sent 3 cleaners. I can tell that they were burnt out after cleaning the top 2 floors. Still did a great job, will try the bi-weekly cleaning service.

Hi--I wanted to leave a good note about Donna and Daniel -- I've come back home after my first deep cleaning, and the place looks 100% better. I especially appreciated that even though the cleaning was not finished (my place was not in good shape) they took the time to straighten up and make the place LOOK great, even if they weren't done. I believe this took 20+ minutes of their own time, and I appreciate the effort and professionalism! It makes it easy to stay a client!

I have been trying to find an affordable, reliable, cleaning service for a long time. Mona Cleaning is the one. My first clean was for my parent's house, Tania and Kerry-Ann did an amazing job. They were courteous, hardworking, and reliable. I did not have to worry about the clean itself and could relax during the cleaning. In the past with other companies, it was very stressful because their cleaners were not experienced and efficient. The second clean, Tania came and cleaned my house and again did a superb job. I have already booked a cleaning for my parent's house again next month and will be booking mine soon as well. Mona Cleaning is very busy and I would suggest to book much in advance. Mona is also great for not using harsh chemicals. I highly recommend Mona Cleaning.

Eija has been cleaning both our commercial building and our home for a few months now. She is prompt, efficient and cleans quickly and well. She is also a pleasant person to have around.

Terrible service. They left my dog locked in a room with no water in august!
The cleaner comes in late, and they do not even offer an apology.

Fiona cleaned my house with efficiency and professionalism. My wife has recently returned home from a lengthy stay in hospital and she was extremely pleased with the work that Fiona accomplished. We hope to have Fiona return now every two weeks.

Great overall experience. Kerry-Ann was very professional and she did a great job cleaning our bathrooms and kitchen.

Norie did a very good job cleaning a bathroom and kitchen. it was a pleasure to come home to a clean house.

I was somewhat satisfied with the cleaning but there were definitely missed spots (literally). I contacted the office with photo evidence and they offered to have someone come back but that is not realistic - too hard to find a time and I didn't want to keep a dirty counter! I had expected more given the price of their service, but I found it to be just average, maybe less so even, given all the spots that were missed. Booking an appointment was a bit challenging too - I kept asking for a copy of the form I was supposed to fill out and I never got it (asked about 3x). In the end, I did ask to be called back regarding the less than satisfactory cleaning, but I never got a call back. Will not be continuing the service.

Judith did an excellent job cleaning my apartment which was a real mess before she arrived. Everything we talked about getting cleaning was cleaned and my place looked amazing. I will be continuing with a monthly cleaning from now on. Thank you.

Used this company regularly for a year, always had great experiences with the cleaning, but the admin staff may customer service has always been inconsistent. After their pandemic closure, the company emailed clients in May that they were reopening. After not hearing from them, I followed up in late June and they replied they were rebooking was fast as they could. It s now 2 months since they ve announced reopening and my cleanings haven t resumed. I have, clearly, now moved on to one of the many, many other, more reliable providers that are serving customers and employing those who need it. Wouldn t recommend this company to anyone.

I had Fiona to clean up for me after renovation. She is good and efficiency. She made my home fresh again!

I hired Mona Cleaning to conduct a deep cleaning of the main level of the home. This included a thorough cleaning of the refrigerator (every drawer), the microwave, the stove, backsplash, floors, and all exterior cupboards plus the powder room. I was very impressed by the woman who represented Mona Cleaning. I highly recommend Marzieh as she showed initiative and did an excellent job.

Great Cleaning staff. Kerry Ann was pleasant and thorough. They use green products. Would recommend them to anyone for office cleaning and probably residential.

I opted for their routine service for my home. Response time was good and two ladies came on time. However, their cleaning service was not satisfactory. After cleaning, they asked me to check and I showed them shelf with dust,window sil with water marks and kitchen stove not cleaned properly. Also, I had to provide my own cleaning supplies.

I was very happy with Nadia and Paolo. They were thorough and efficient. They did a great job cleaning!

This company advertises false pictures of appliances of what it looks like before they clean & after. Hired this company to clean a condo that was rented. The worst cleaning job I have ever seen.

Two ladies showed up with 3 spray bottles, asked what was in the spray bottles, and they did could not give me an answer. The kitchen appliances was still dirty, the bath tub had dark spots , and the floor was still dirty.

I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies, and cleaned my Condo to perfection.

Left several messages, but they were screening my calls, until I used another phone to call.
Asked for half of my funds, the representative advisedly she had her employees to pay, and could not help me.

Reported the complaint to Better Business Bureau, they still did not want to refund any monies.

Would never recommend to anyone. No business ethics, un-professional, no customer service skills.

I gave 1 star, but the rating is really a minus.

Mona Home and Office Cleaning provided their first cleaning of our house recently. Monica was the Mona rep that came to our place and she did a great job! She didn't just walk around with a duster but really scrubbed our kitchen sink and stove until there was no reason to scrub anymore because they literally shined. Great attention to detail and great care for our areas that had breakables and tricky corners. She did an amazing job and we would recommend her and Mona to anyone looking for great cleaning at a fair price.

Marzieh was an extremely thorough cleaner - very pleasant and extremely competent. We were extremely happy with the deep clean she performed at my son's apartment. I would highly recommend her to any future customer!

The office is located at 16A Main St N, Markham, ON L3P 1X2. I find it suspicious when a business is trying to keep its legal address a secret.

Overall very unhappy with this company. The person in charge of communicating what the customer wants and what the cleaners need to know did not rely anything to them. The cleaner arrived with zero information about what needed to be cleaned, and the cost. First cleaner Sophie arrived on time, she was ready to work but her partner Bill arrived almost 25 minutes late. Sophie was told that bc 2 cleaners were arriving that they would be done and be paid for 3 hours of cleaning, when I was told the cleaning would take until 5pm. Zero communication with the customer. It was clear that the work would take longer, and she was accommodating to stay and finish what was needed. Bill on the other hand was disorganized and frantic about how dirty a washroom was. He spent the majority of his time in a small 6x6 washroom. He also dusted 1 of 3 fans and a couple of ledges. Leaving out remaining fans and ledges, windows which I specifically asked to be cleaned, and did an AWFUL! job in the washroom. It didn't even look like he touched anything in there. It was so bad that Sophie had to clean everything he touched a second time. Bill also left early without telling me. I feel duped for having to pay for him. He did not clean anything. He snuck out and didn't even show me his work.I called the company's office and left messages, trying to get a hold of someone regarding the problems I was facing--nobody could be reached. Finally Sophie was able to call her supervisor Donna. Sophie corroborated my concerns, when I spoke with Donna she eluded that I would need to be charge more for more cleaning to be done, even the stuff that Bill didn't do. In the end Donna agreed to not charge me more. The only reason I paid the cost of cleaning ---$372! - was bc Sophie was so kind and helpful in making it right, something that I don't think the supervisor was interested in doing. Totally unprofessional company that over charges and don't have any qualms about employing incompetent workers like Bill. Now I have been trying to reach Donna for almost 3 days, and she leaves me a voice message with no contact number. Lets see how long this phone tag takes.

Mona Cleaning is a reliable, professional company. Noori and Monica have been cleaning my home for over a year and I could not be happier. They both have such lovely personalities and take pride in their work.

I'd like to preface this post by saying that I seldom take time to write reviews. But I had to write something about Judith from Mona Cleaning. Judith did a wonderful job cleaning my house. The bathrooms,floors, carpets, all surfaces were very clean. I have hired several cleaners in the past but I finally found a service that cleans to my standards and that I want to continue cleaning my house! Thank you Judith & Mona Cleaning !

I hired Mona Cleaning to do a deep clean especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I had the pleasure of having Marzieh perform the cleaning. She was extremely thorough. She cleaned the stove, the microwave (badly needed), the backsplash, the numerous cupboards. She even pulled out the stove to clean underneath without being asked. Everything was spotless.
I highly recommend her and this company.
