I had a very satisfying experience buying 4 residential properties using Momentum's buyers agent's service. Mark was very professional and efficient. This has been followed through using their property management service for the last 7 or 8 years. Amber is my property manager who is equally efficient and professional and resolves issues quickly and does a great job. My confidence in Momentum has been truly justified leading me to more investments with them.

All-round success achieved with Momentum Wealth in multiple areas from start to finish: (i) starting with finance pre-approval through their mortgage broker staff without any problems from the bank; (ii) then David Hall as buyer's agent taking time and patience to find a great investment grade property, backed by the Momentum Wealth research team; (iii) then help with renovation of the existing house, using tradies from their database and obtaining quotes; and (iv) property management of the existing house and finding tenants within 3 weeks. The Tenants are happy too with the renovations and the location. So, overall, I'm a satisfied property investor with this project in which I have used Momentum Wealth for the first time. In my opinion, the most important role is that of the buyer's agent because finding the right property will determine investment success or failure. Everything else flows on from this.

I have just bought my third property in Perth through Momentum Wealth, the first being two years ago. They cover the whole deal from initial selections to weed out the bad choices, right through to property management. Ray and Lisa have been very patient as I have put my personal preferences to weed out further, and Ray usually manages to negotiate down more than his fee! And I have been happy to have the same team on board each time from loan negotiation to settlement to property management. Definitely recommended if you are a relative novice at this game like me!

Very unprofessional. This agency takes your application and holds it instead of processing it efficiently. They give you no updates or communication of any kind, ignore all your attempts at contact, and continue to hold viewings a week later, all while their receptionist tells you that your application is processing, preventing you from filling out other applications for other properties.They do not act professionally or in accordance with an agency Code Of Conduct, so I would avoid completely, be you owner or prospective tenant.

I always recommend Momentum Wealth for anyone who requires buyers agency service, financing and property management. A great place to trust with your property investing journey. Everyone that I have recommended have been extremely happy with the returns that they make, so I will continue to do so.

8 years ago i met Ray Chua to ask for help to find a property i could add value to and flip, since then he has found me 8 more all around the metro area which i have been most happy with.
The last home he found me, he negotiated for me $240,000 and after renovation it was sold for $375,000 within 4 months. Ray has always acted helpfully and professionally and always is happy to recommend trades if i'm stuck. His due diligence is second to none. To add to the help he trys to get me in to the project early before settlement. Ray keep looking for the next one.

All team staff were more than helpful in advice, guidance and any questions I had at anytime with prompt and informative feedback. If this review saves 1 person than it was worth the time to write. as a long term tenant of 6 years my experience of customer service was appalling. not answering phone calls, not keeping inspection appointments and both Amanda and Kristy with whom I dealt with would have to be the rudest people I have ever met
when you move out the air that they are going to keep all your bond is the general feeling and sure enough they will find enough things to spend it on even $450 on gardens that were not there at the start that I spent money to install because the landlord would not. Repainting an entire house that has settling cracks because of a few marks. Replacing a 6 year old kitchen bench because of a couple of tiny barley visible marks ect along with a list of 30 or so frivolous items
they will try to intimidate you saying that they are happy to take the matter to court as they are within in their legal right and a magistrate will no doubt award them your bond money
It took 10 weeks to be told i would not be getting my bond back and that I would also have to pay an extra $300 damages. After 18,000 words of back and forth emails with Kristy to the point that I threatened to take Momemtum Wealth to consumer affairs that i ended up with most of my bond back
In my opinion I believe the landlord was told to spend up and the tenant would pay. There were at least 5 breaches of the real estate act that were committed during my tenancy by this bunch of thieves. If you find yourself in my situation do not give into these people, and if you are a potential tenant or landlord ...RUN

I have been using Momentum Wealth since 2009. Initially it was just for their mortgage broker services but then it expanded to buyer's agent and property management services. I have only ever had exceptional service from them.

My most recent experience with Diana and David has been wonderful as usual. This was the first time engaging David as our buyer's agent, he is so friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and continues to provide his expertise and advise eventhough we settled 4 months ago! I highly recommend the team at Momentum.

Fine so far with Momentum over the last 2 years. Really happy with our current property manager Ladda; a recent appointment to us and has been very responsive to a couple of request brought upon by inclement weather earlier in the year. Given the weather conditions have returned recently; really glad that the issues have been resolved ealier. This most likely may have prevented damage to the owners property and our belongings.

Mid tenancy and so far only good things to say about Momentum Wealth. They are professional and helpful in particular our Property Manager Ben Morris.

Steer Clear! Honestly the worst property managers I have come across in 11 years of renting. Our property was sold during our tenancy, we had zero communication from Momentum about what was happening. Anytime we needed something fixed it either was ignored or someone was sent out to our house with zero idea of what they needed to look at, resulting in work being performed on the property that was not required. So glad that when the house sold the new owners used a different real estate.
