The McKissack Group helped us sell and buy in 2010 and again in 2018. Excellent group of knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly people.

They need to stop placing signs advertising their business on people's private property, i.e. my front lawn.

Randy was a true professional and guide through both sides of our home transaction. He helped with the builder when issue arose both during the buying and construction phase as well as helping our buyer when their financing process went sideway. Great guidance and personal support. Showed a true interest in us as buyers, sellers and stressed individuals. Great responsiveness always. Highly recommend him and this firm.

Mckissack is more interested in selling fast instead of getting the best price for the seller. They were not forthright with us on important information and finally they scheduled our closing without notifying us the buyers did not have all the paperwork they needed for funding the sale until after we signed the closing documents. Adding insult to injury, after being "duped" into signing the documents prematurely, they did not return our phone calls. Of course, why should they? The papers are signed and they will get their $7,000. Suggestion: Do "For Sale by Owner" to save yourself a lot of stress and disappointment in people.

Leigh Ann was so on top of everything and made me feel more comfortable!! Tamie was so sweet and professional every time I called. CHASE!! they are ok, they normally sell the houses to investors so if you are looking to get big bucks they may not be the right people but if you want your home sell fast to an investor they are good for it.
