2nd time being in the places I don't mine be in there again

Relaxing in the room. Clean, comfortable. Quiet. Accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves, eating, gaming, show.

Very busy yesterday, but still a great. Place to go. If you want some serious comfort food Lansdowne Irish Pub is,the best at the casino. Great food. Great prices and Great Service!

It's not Los Vegas or anything but it's a cool place... a lot of food options and entertainment

I try to go every year for my birthday. Of all the casinos in New England it is my favorite. They have the games I enjoy, the shopping choices are awesome, the food always hits the spot, events are incredible, and the employees are wicked helpful.

Great casino, also concerts are good food not so pricing if you go to the all you can eat buffet. Valet parking is a plus

Clean, not too noisy. Good food but over air conditioned, we were cold. Plenty of room to move around.

Real good buffet the food is excellent, and a large choice of different types to eat.

5 stars if the Arena had a good sound system. 1 star sound, been bad forever and it's a shame because they have some great shows.

Review has nothing to do with the casino itself the casino itself is fairly nice with plenty to do. It has to do with calling them I called to reserve complimentary tickets ended up waiting on the phone for 50+ minutes and I just gave up and hung up. Weak customer service from them I've never been on hold for that long in the past.

I have been there 4x to concerts and its always a great time..

worth a trip for the architecture alone.. and that waterfall watering hole is as good as it gets..

Covid has messed everything up took forever to get on a table game cause of all the limited seating plus all the minimums were up on all the tables 20 + had a decent time

I only walked thru the shoping area so I can only speak for that area, but the shops were very nice and my favorite store was Lush Fresh hand made cosmetics and soaps. Those ladies are awesome and a wealth of knowledge! Lots of neat unique things to find in the shopping strip. The casino seems well taken care of and the restrooms are kept up fantastically. The kid zone looks like a lot of fun and the daycare area looks like a fun place for your kids to spend the day!!

Great restaurants, shops, and shows. The arcade is good for the kids and the adult gaming is plentiful as well though I'm not a gambler myself.

Came for the Barrett Jackson show. Valet parking was super easy. There were plenty of staff to help direct us to,the right location. Everything was clean and garbage cans were placed reasonably throughout the venue

A great day trip with tons of slot machines, game tables, restaurants and shops. You can bring children to shop and eat but you'll be restricted from the gambling areas, of course. I would give it five stars if there were less smoking areas in the casino. If you're a non smoker you'll be the minority here. I always enjoy the buffet but there are some really nice restaurants too. I visit no more than once a year but I never left unhappy...even with an empty wallet.

This was a good experience.. great interaction from three rows from the floor. It was a tough game to clinch the playoffs last year. The crowd and energy were so alive and the seats were rumbling. We started off down and made a great comeback to clinch the playoffs.. go Connecticut Sun!!

It was awesome! The decorations, the store, the food, etc. Easy to get lost in there lol

I mean my family is apart of the people who own this place and I love it every time we go it s so awesome and never gats old!

One of the most Fun places I have visited. I especially like their shows and events held in Arena. They also have some shops and a kids zone which is good if visiting with family.

Better than any other casino I've been to but will have to say it's absolutely side-by-side with HardRock in Hollywood, FL

Easy to find, and never stuck in traffic even on major event nights. The staff is friendly, helpful, and available when you need them. The atmosphere here is amazing, and my family finds it much better than their competition. Lots to do and see, there are options in all price ranges and great food options. Always a fantastic experience, we like to come here and get away on a regular basis.

One of the best casinos in the North east. The place is beautiful.

Took the kids just for the evening and they had a ball. The tub was huge the view was amazing.

The nosebleed seats are very uncomfortable. Think twice if you have issues with heights.

Restaurants are all way over priced. Stayed the night room was nice. They charge you $18 for water and coffee in the room. Will never go back

I've been to 2 concerts here and overall had a great time at both events. In my experience, I'd recommend getting a seat in one of the higher sections rather than the center, because the ushers don't care about people standing on chairs in front of you. The screens are pretty good for viewing so you always have a good view and the sound is great. Other than that, I like the variety of restaurants and bars available for a quick bite/drink or a sit down. There's a few places for shopping but it's not a full blown mall. Most of the stores are quite expensive/upscale places, so if you're younger, you might not have a great time shopping. I haven't tried gambling here, but the way the casino is set up, you have to walk through the slot areas to get around. I wouldn't mind this so much if there weren't so many smoking areas. The availability of indoor smoking areas makes the entire betting areas smell like smoke so walking through there kind of stinks if you're not a smoker. Finally, if you're a Pokemon Go player, this place has no shortage of Pokestops/Gym Overall, this is a beautiful venue and I'd probably consider staying here if I went to another concert.

Amazing casino the best one I've been to so far . I'm a truck driver and I've been to mostly all the ones in every state and Connecticut wins the BEST casino in my eyes and the employees are so friendly and full of smiles

Nice place, something for everyone in the family to do, but i still wouldn't bring my children. The entire place smells like cigarette smoke, when you are walking around you are chocking on smoke. I watched a couple come out of a restaurant and just lite right up, the restaurant was not near any games, there should be a limit to where people can smoke. The carpets need a major cleaning to get the smell out. I wish they would limit the smoking areas. It was hard for me to completely enjoying myself. They do have no smoking sections but you have to go through the smoking section to get to it.

Mohegan Sun is a beautiful place, very clean, and very exciting. There are many restaurants and shops to choose from inside if you want to do something besides gambling. There is also a little area for kids. I do have to say, as can be expected when going to a casino, the food and items that can be purchased can sometimes be extremely expensive, but you can also find some good priced items, too, depending on what shop you go to. The casino is large, with plenty of options for places to stop and grab a bite to eat. There are also many beautiful decorations inside of the casino that make it also worth going to. So in the end, I would say my experience here was great and that I would definitely suggest this place to anybody who is considering going here.

Went for the morning of Super Bowl Sunday. Wasn't too busy. Played roulette, had fun. Valet parking was easy and a quick turnaround after scanning my ticket.

They never answer main number there phone no one comes to answer long wait. After 10 -15 minutes. I hang up. Online terrible. So like to ask questions no one answers. I give up. Must be going down hill. Foxwoods busier. More what to do not just gambling.

It's a fun place to visit. There is a large variety of shops and restaurants. The casinos are very smoky and they don't pay.

Never give back anything even after u spend all u money not enough point on.card after u lose hundrefs

Out of all the casinos I have been to this is up there are my favorite. Staff here is great. The uhm police detail for the Wolf Den was not a good person but that s another story. Casino rocks, now I wish there was a room available for my birthday week. I ll keep checking.

Fun place to visit. Whether or not you are into gambling. The atmosphere is good. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars to visit. Then there is the casino its self if you are up for gambling. Nice and clean facility.

Seats are uncomfortable and very tight. If you have a big or small frame the seats are tight regardless.

Amazing architecture and plenty of slots and shops to explore. You can be here for hours and hours and still not see everything. Only complaint of the night was the uncomfortable seating in the arena.

As far as casinos go, the place is nice,(how can you judge a casino fairly if you lose). The restaurants are aplenty and you do have a lot of choices. I just wish that the place had a legend directing you to different games since it is a big place.

After visiting the new MGM Casino in Springfield. If your a high end blackjack player & understand how competitive Vegas based casino s are. Relative to promotional chips & high loss ratios deals with high buy ins. You will never step front into a CT. casino again. The math doesn t lie.

It was beautiful place to see if you're a gambler. Friendly staff and helpful. I'd recommend too friends. The building itself is a masterpiece. Half blood Cherokee myself and It is in a perfect spot for the surroundings. The river is beautiful against the hotel's sillowet shape.

I had a great time here. The buffet was "eh" but everything else was great. Very beautiful casino, lots of cool stuff to look at.

My wife and I love to go here. Not to gamble but because of the stores, sights and sounds. Oh and don't forget the huge buffet!

Lots of slots. Great food and shopping options. I got a free milkshake while I played roulette...it made my weekend.

Lovely and smells clean and fresh. Staff not very friendly and not much marketing information out there maps etc but simple enough to find your way. Food options left me wanting during the day but there is a break buffet which I did not get to see on my short visit

Good places to eat variety of prices depending on where you go.went to pepe's pizza. Good food. Had a room at the hotel. Large room ,very nice room,clean, used the pool ,also has a hot tub Near the room.

Buffet was great. Nice air conditioning. Wish lighting was a bit brighter.

My wife and myself went for New Year's 2020. We decided to go with a group on a chartered bus. We do not gamble but thought we would try something different. Arrived @6,10 then headed to the buffet which as part of the trip had vouchers for. The line for the buffet was extremely long though it moved quickly and were in our seats @7,00. Buffet was large. Good selection of vegetables, sides. I opted for a slice of prime rib that was not rare with a center cut. Disappointed there. The rest of the evening was spent walking in circles waiting for 00,00. If you enjoy gambling this place is for you. For those like myself I got my 10,000 + steps in.

Mohegan Sun Casino does it better than anybody else in the area in my opinion. I stayed overnight at the Earth Tower which was quite comfortable. They have two charging stations for electric vehicles in the Indian summer garage. The buffet here is always good. If you don't like that there's at least 10 other places to grab something to eat. I enjoy the wide variety of games they have here to play as well as table games.

This is three casinos Under One Roof that are all connected. It's hard not to have fun here. I like to go there whenever I'm in the area and I'm not a big gambler. It's just a good place that's clean , well run and is fun to go to.

The only place better is Atlantic City or Vegas . Just my two cents.

I enjoy the mma matches along with the boxing competition and concerts are good also they always bring in good performers, such as pitbull.

Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received. From checking in to checking out everything was amazing. The bell hop Tom was nice enough to take our luggage from the casino all the way up the road 4th floor garage. Will 100% be back

Always a great experience. Lately I've been bringing the kids to kids quest and playing games with them there. Always an awesome time with very helpful staff!

Great staff very accommodating. Casino and all the machines are always clean. hotel rooms in both Earth Tower and Sky Tower are always immaculate. Rewards program is commensurate with the amount of play. only knock I have is I don't hear from my Casino Host very often and being an Ascend member and my wife being Soar I would expect that we would be a little bit more in communication. Mateo at the ascend hotel check-in desk is awesome. I will be voting for you as best casino.

I had a great time there. Plenty of slots & tables. Nice, clean facilities with helpful staff. The parking was a bit confusing because I wanted to go to the newest casino that opened & assumed there'd be 3 separate buildings, 1 for each casino, however all 3 are connected. You can walk around inside & get to all of them. Had I known that, it would've saved me a lot of circles. I was surprised to find out that they have a great kids center that my kids would have loved.

I.love it there. So.much to see. Ive been there over 1,000 times and have yet to see everything.

Various events will make you keep coming back to this fun place. There are concerts and sports events, to name a few. Security is tight, as it should be. Food options are limited but prices are okay.
