My Saturdays are more fun if I spent a little while

Excellent hospitality but the machines for gambling and money gambling are bad enough to take away 500 dollars in less than half an hour

Best place ever good service and friendly people I recommend this place to everyone I know

That was our first time there at Mohegan Casino really enjoyed ourselves is better than Hollywood

We were so glad that we found this place, it was only about five minutes from our motel room. Highly satisfying

Personnel not as helpful as on busy weekends. You don't have as many servers coming around with drinks. When machines get stuck you might wait an hour to get your voucher

Slots are tight and you can never seem to get a drink

Had a great time here with my gambling buddy.. First time here but didn't win at all, I feel as if Hollywood casino has way more pay outs and the pay outs are more frequent but all in all this casino was fun !

The restaurants are wonderful Ruth Chris Steakhouse Rustic Kitchen all of them are just great! The hotel rooms oh wonderful! The amenities are very plentiful! everything is just beautiful and very well-appointed. The biggest single complaint that I would have is not really a complaint but more of and advisory notice for anyone that has difficulty walking a longer distance. They do have scooter and wheelchairs available and the length of walking from the casino floor to the hotel lobby to the elevators to your room is a far distance. If you have trouble walking you will absolutely want to call and reserve a scooter or wheelchair

Night out with friend dinner and played some slot machines. Had a nice evening.

Enjoy watching the table games and listening to a live band

LOTS OF SPACE BUT QUALITY IS FEW AND FAR BETWEEN IN REGARDS TO SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, AND PAYOUT CONSISTENCY. DINING IS EASY, AS RUTH'S CHRIS IS THE LONE CHOICE (QUALITY OF FOOD/SERVICE/LIVERY MAKE IT YOUR SOLE OPTION).

Mohegan Sun rustic kitchen for lunch, server was nice, good was good, seemed like took way too long to get our food, our server did mention issues they were having with the systems though early, which made us understanding to the delays.

Loved the locations and casino. Had a blast.and won a decent amount of money being my second time going. Service was great, couldn't ask for better.

Poor staff and the upper management was by far the worst. NEVER TO RETURN OR EVEN ALLOW ANYONE THAT I GO WITH TO THE CABIN WILL EVER SEE MOHEGAN SUN. There was one very rude staff member who was the head guy of the simulcast... while the horse racing's about a 10 min walk from casino this old man was trying to meds and he proceeded to say "drink water out of bathroom". During a pandemic, while there was cases of water stacked behind the desk... then he refused to give his name, and no other employee would, they all said and I'll quote "that's the boss I cant tell you his name". Wow great customer service...

I m not a gambler. Not much experience to compare. Nice place, many choices to eat. Live entertainment. Center bar set up with easy access for drinks. Staff is nice. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

It is a very crowded casino. They have numerous eating establishments. They have a sports book.

There is no service for the players the players visit the casino but they do not have dealings with them examples you ask for a beer and if you at the moment you are not playing for h oh for R they do not take you the drink you asked for oh there are no services ah players they live on the players who lose their money there what a barbarity

If you've ever been to Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, this will be a disappointment. The smoke was just to much for us. Trying to get a cocktail seemed impossible. We ate at the Timbers Buffet .....Awful !!!! Cold ,dried out not appetizing. With that said the staff were all Very friendly.

The smoke in the non smoking section was unbelievable. My eyes were burning while I was trying to play games. The waitress never returned with my drink after I ordered. I dont think I'd ever go back.

Mia was our server. She was OUTSTANDING! The service was fantastic and the food was amazing!

The covid precautions with the glass kills the mood

Everything thing was good. Had dinner at Rustic Kitchen. It was ok, nothing great. Had a problem with my phone being taken from my car by a valet. I left it in there by mistake. The valet/security supervisor was very helpful in trying to find out what happened, but he couldn't really tell much from the surveillance cameras. They were at the wrong angle. Just be careful leaving anything in your car. I've never had a problem before, but it's the holidays, so maybe someone needed a gift!

So clean and beautiful and the staff is always friendly

The service was okay. It was an alright casino, not the best, but not the worst I've been in.

Ruth's Chris for Valentine's Day Lunch. Staff was fantastic and I even received a rose with my meal. Amazing.

Easy to find parking on a Sunday, not far from the entrance.

Alarm went off in room at 6am but had not ordered that. Stayed here about a month ago and a really obnoxious fire alarm went off at 4am for 30 minutes. They don't like you to sleep here.

All good except for smoking allowed in the building. Even in the no smoking areas it still stunk.

Such a beautiful place. Would love to spend a weekend there

Attended the Halloween Boo Bash in the Grand Ballroom. The event had a costume judging event and a DJ. It was a good time seeing the different costumes.

I had a great time . That was the first time. I had a lot of fun.

Environment and staff are great, machines are not. I've been coming here over a year, either I am the unluckiest guy at slots or the machines are very tight.

Ate lunch at the Rustic Kitchen restaurant. The food was good and the pricing was reasonable. Their calamari was great.
