Food and drinks were good. However, they didn't have enough dealers to run the type of table games people wanted to take part in.

Terrible! The staff at the casino are very unfriendly. When I went to cash out for the evening, the cashier didn't say two words to me! I said "thank you" after she gave me the money. No acknowledgement, you're welcome, nothing. None of the staff were polite or friendly. The place was very depressing. It was a Friday evening and maybe 1/3 full. None of the staff looked happy or welcoming and they had scowls on their faces the entire time. None of the restaurants were open. The casino gives no comps as well. There is nothing "fun" about Mohegan Sun Pocono. There wasn't even a house band playing. Definitely won't be back. It was an extremely depressing atmosphere in there.

Win some loss some. Love going there and relaxing, playing my favorite slot machine.

Great Casino. The people are always nice. Beautiful hotel. Well cared for. Food court needs more choices for quick eating. But great resturants are there too.

Establishment was clean, staff were friendly. Played a few games at the casino, did not stay at the hotel overnight. Not the best location and cell service is extremely spotty here.

Very loud. Expensive for what you get. In my suite I heard noise from the hallway all night long.

Had a meeting for just over 1000 people. Great facilities and Bar Louie was great. Staff on the card tables, dealers, pit bosses, and waitresses were wonderful.

The guest I was with was way over 21 but the new rule prevented us from the full experience

Worst Casino in NE PA for payouts. Stopped going there about 3 years ago because the payout on slots was so bad. Today I decided to give it another try, boy am I sorry I did. Nothing has changed still stingy with their payouts. $5.00 bets and getting 70 cents back is unacceptable. $5.00 bets and finally hit a bonus and get 75.00 back after putting in over $200.00, really! All in all spent 800.00 and came home with nothing. I don't even mind the loss of money if I could play for a number of hours being entertained, but got there at 3pm and my 800.00 was gone by around 6:30pm. I took my last 200.00 and went to Mt Airy and made all my money back and 600.00 more. Got there at 7:30 and left at 2:00am. All you gamblers come on down to the Poconos we know how to treat serious gamblers. Love Mt Airy, check it out. Won't be back to the Mohigan Sun. Psst the new Wind Creek in Bethlehem, PA was also awesome. They have totally remodeled and payoffs are good too. Pass on Mohegan, seriously!

This place is HUGE. Ive gone multiple times and something they need to be commended on is the cleanliness of this place. Their always SO CLEAN! The restaurants are great. Yes all of them. And this places bathrooms are plenty and clean! Totally handicapped accessible. And they even hold events for disabled children at easter and halloween since they dont get to typically participate in events like other children do. HOW WONDEFUL IS THAT?! this place is amazing!

A good selection of restaurants, slots and harness racing from March through November. What's not to like?

I'd like to say that I've only been to this casino twice in the past 2 years...i used my players card both times...played some table games and slots...didnt really gamble much money...i called today to book a room hoping I might be able to get a price break on a room...they actually gave me a complimentary room...absolutely no charge and the lady I spoke with was extremely friendly...i highly recommend visiting this casino...staff was very friendly each time and the rooms are really beautiful

I've been to the casino numerous times. It's always clean, the staff are friendly, and it's been a good experience every time. I don't gamble, but I like walking around, enjoying the sights and food.

The slots are very tight, and free play is hard to come by. I have also noticed the bathrooms are usually filthy, at all times of the day and night.

Even if you don't gamble, go there for the restaurants

Best rooms clean sheets every night. Joe the Valet was the best. He was very helpful and polite.

It took enough years for Mohegan sun to get it right but they finally have very clean and the biggest thing is that there's no smoking now which is better for the health of their workers and their customers

Went to the casino on a Saturday night. Promos = $10 slot play for signing up for a players card and $10 slot play for providing an email. Casino has good amount of slots, table games, and live e-roulette with $2 minimum. Smoking and non smoking areas. Horse racing until 11pm on Saturday. Only issue was there was 1 self service machine that accepted cash. In order to see the pay out amount for a certain $ wagered you have to provide payment first. There should be more self service machines that accept cash.

Ths was an outing with several family members. We had lunch at Johnny Rockets where the watress, Erica treated us like long lost friends. We mainly played the slot machines, but some of us had fun at the table games. I must say that I was disappointed with the upkeep. I started the day with new player cards and had to keep reinserting it. Some of the machines even reject my cash. I had to put my money in a different machine and cash out. No problem acccepting the vouchers.

Fun, Many food choices, Parking is free, but a bit far. Great fireworks, and horseracing!

The casino is nice, although half of it is smoking permitted and the smoke gets to the half that isn't. People with weak lungs or allergies should steer clear. Honestly, the food is the biggest draw!

Dinner at Ruths Chris was fantastic. Expensive, but worth it. Games were busy and packed but that's expected for a Friday night.

Small and there is an area where you can smoke I will not return

Nice casino, dealers are friendly. They give you $20 in slot play for you first visit. The free drink service was NON-existent, was there for 4 hours and not 1 waitress came by. Also seemed like no matter where in the casino you were the smoke was there to follow you.

The lunch buffet was delicious and reasonably priced.

My wife and i Had fun at the casino with our daughters, We won $700.00. The restaurants are nice but a little pricey.

Went to the casino &played slot plus blackjack great experience all around. Good quick service, plus great selection of games. Didn't win as much as I would like, but had a great time. Definitely will be back.

Terrible. horrible horrible valet. They did 100mph bringing our car back and almost ran over my family. Didn't even care after we waited an hour!!! I asked several times about the free for handicapped as well and wouldn't do it made us pay the $6!! I have it on tape the valet situation the guy in front of us they drove even faster and the owner nearly decked the guy and he was a complete rude snot. The 80 in food buffet for mothers day was all cold and terrible and completely rude employees! Didn't win a dime and we spent 500. It didn't use to be like this. Then got ripped off in the clothing store. Said 50 percent off earrings and got charged full price. Didn't realize until I bought them and they told me no returns for 50 earrings. Just terrible.

Was so great had a blast, the only down point was to much smoking areas and not enough none smoking it hit u in the face hard but other then that I can not say enough about the food and shop's and plenty of things to so and see wonderful day next time I go fir the weekend

It's a nice casino but I feel like I never ever win anything here.

I like the smoke free poker room. Big plus compared to Sands, that still gets bad air coming in from the people smoking right outside the entrance.

I was there for a job fair. There was 100+ vendors. Very good event and packed.

People were friendly, but there seemed to be a lot of techinal "malfunctions" throughout our stay. Room was small and had no mini fridge, but the bathroom was unbelievably super - loved the shower. Food selections were above average, but the casino itself has a low payout.
