Thankful for Jermaine and Don Baileys service, patience, and customer care. We got carpet through them and desired to upgrade our living room and dining room.Though we were out of town buyers he was responsive and helped us envision the best design for our home. We desired the Cali Vinly which he said he could order but ended up going with the Artissmo option. Price point seemed to be fair and market price. We needed a specific size remnant to replace a runner. After trying a couple of big box retail stores, we visited Don Bailey. It is easy to understand why this place has such phenomenal reviews. Jermaine went out of his way to help us find something that would work. He agreed to cut a remnant to an odd size and set us up with his carpet binder. We were able to get 2 rugs for less than what another store wanted to charge us for one. The selection is outstanding. Go here first. You won't be disappointed!

I was shopping for carpet on Saturday morning Jan. 19. I went into Don Bailey Flooring where I met Scott (salesman). He helped me find the color and thickness that I was looking for. I think that Rodger has taken a course on customer service, he was so accommodating and friendly. He came to meet me in west palm several times which is far away. He always brought me several samples and then had to search around to find just the right carpet. He had the best prices, the best installers that took very good care of my furniture and then he even followed up and vane to check their work. White glove, no hassle experience. I would use him any time, and I highly recommend him.
