Don Bailey Flooring was great. I stopped in the Ft. Lauderdale store, Scott the salesman greeted me and showed me all the great inventory that they have. It was overwhelming how much they have. Scott showed me carpet that was in my budget, he came the same day to see my apt. and took measurements. We scheduled the installation. The installers were great and respectful. What a great experience buying carpet. Hassle free. Scott makes you feel like family.
Thank you Scott and Don Bailey Flooring for a job done well. I will tell everyone in my complex.

Thankful for Jermaine and Don Baileys service, patience, and customer care. We got carpet through them and desired to upgrade our living room and dining room.Though we were out of town buyers he was responsive and helped us envision the best design for our home. We desired the Cali Vinly which he said he could order but ended up going with the Artissmo option. Price point seemed to be fair and market price. Our 20 year old home is transformed now with this new look!

We needed a specific size remnant to replace a runner. After trying a couple of big box retail stores, we visited Don Bailey. It is easy to understand why this place has such phenomenal reviews. Jermaine went out of his way to help us find something that would work. He agreed to cut a remnant to an odd size and set us up with his carpet binder. We were able to get 2 rugs for less than what another store wanted to charge us for one. The selection is outstanding. Go here first. You won't be disappointed!

I was shopping for carpet on Saturday morning Jan. 19. I went into Don Bailey Flooring where I met Scott (salesman). He helped me find the color and thickness that I was looking for. The service technicians arrived on time and even called in advance. They were highly professional and detailed in the installation process and made sure the job was done to perfection. I Would definitely recommend this business for anything flooring and make sure you see Ronnie when you go in. The professionalism of this gentleman is barr none. Any questions I had ,, he had the answer and if he didn't know he got it within minutes. How about the same day I walked in just browsing he's following me and my wife home to measure our home. With in a hour I had a full spread of options to choose from carpet vinyl wood all different colors is was almost overwhelming until Ronnie stepped in. He broke everything down room by room flooring by flooring dollar by dollar. Fast forward 2 days later installers are at my house finishing my gorgeous new floor .highly recommend.

I think that Rodger has taken a course on customer service, he was so accommodating and friendly. He came to meet me in west palm several times which is far away. He always brought me several samples and then had to search around to find just the right carpet. He had the best prices, the best installers that took very good care of my furniture and then he even followed up and vane to check their work. White glove, no hassle experience. I would use him any time, and I highly recommend him.

Great place to buy flooring! I went to Don Bailey to get some estimates for flooring and had a fantastic experience. Ronnie was extremely helpful in finding the perfect flooring for my home. Not only did he help me to find affordable options, but also gave me helpful tips and ideas for my home. He was quickly able to find flooring that could match my home and furniture.
