The staff is VERY stingy, I had to beg for a decent amount of rice, beans, and queso! I kept asking for more because he wasn't putting enough in the burrito and he got an attitude. Then the burrito was wrapped very poorly as well. The drink machine was "low battery" and barely spit out any drink because of "maintenance issues" Moe's is my abortive fast food chain and I've never had a problem with any of them except this one. Please save your time and go elsewhere!

Terrible customer service, staff is not friendly and I shouldn't have to keep asking you to place more cilantro into my bowl. For God sakes are they taking it home at night? Don't be stingy with food that's not yours. I got a veggie bowl so not much is in it anyway. Then when I got ready to leave after sitting down, I asked for a top for my bowl and she took the longest time ever like she didn't want to give me one. I will never eat here again the food nor staff are fresh.

I have been to many other Moe's locations and this one of my least favorite one. My girlfriend and me have give this place so many tries it the experience never quite feels right. This Moe's benefits from many factors: location(GSU and Grady Hospital), GSU students, Nurses, Doctors, and people that live in the area come here, being one of the only Mexican food with a twist in the area, etc. but they don't live up to the Moe's standard. Our last experience was last Monday and I will break it down. We came in to hear, "What do you want?" Not the usually Moe's welcome I experience at other Moe's in the other areas of Georgia. When it came to ordering the options for rice where a little unusual with no white rice but instead yellow rice which I haven't seen at another other Moe's and the usually brown, we had to go with brown one when I wanted white rice instead. The other options were standard you would find at other Moe's but just didn't taste as fresh. If you feeling Moe's maybe go elsewhere for it.

Came in an hour before closing and they barely had options. Okay, understandable. Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Okay. Stood in front of the cashier without an acknowledgement for a solid 5 minutes. Okay. Didn t wanna give me free chips with my bowl, so I had to ask. No salsas, not even one at the stand. Okay. All forgivable right? I open my enclosed bowl at the restaurant, and there s a small insect in my food. The most disgusting experience I ve had not to mention the apathetic service and staff. Save your money and just drive a little out for good Moe s.

I never post reviews but it's gotten to me when chain restaurants are poorly run. Every time I've gone the steak is extremely over cooked almost chard and the service is noticibly bad, it seems like they have had no training on how to properly manage the food. The portions are either extreme or barely anything.

Guy that works there was rude and was eating chips and queso while working the register. They are stingy with some of the items and try to charge extra just to what all other Moe's already give. I will not return to this location again.

Ordered in the moes app, arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready, took then 30 minutes to make it. Put queso and black beans in a stack that was not supposed to have queso or black beans, they also cook their stacks (even if they have meat in them) on the burrito steamer which violates food rules for cross contamination, they always end up undercooked, were also out of tofu but didn't bother to tell me even during my 30 minute wait while they weren't even busy.

I went here to get a burrito after I had been craving it for weeks. Fist let me say the staff is very rude. I ordered my food she threw my tortilla on Counter the nothing under it. I guess they ran out of chicken so I waited for the chicken from the hot table. We wait to pay for our food because the guy at the register was on the phone. I m finally able to sit down and eat my food. The chicken was raw! It was so chewy and disgusting. I took it back to them the seemed not to really care.i was made another no apology nothing. I take the burrito but I have no appetite. I took a bite realized I had no desire to even eat.i asked for a refund. They started to yell at me saying I can t get my money back because I took a bite. Another guest said his chicken was raw but he was so hungry he didn t complain. I don t care how hungry I am I m not eat raw meat. That s against health code violation. The employees told me to take a seat he ll deal with me when they paying customers leave as if I didn t just pay for raw chicken. He threatens to call the police on me if I didn t leave. I couldn t really understand what they were saying because of the language barrier. But he did lie and say he couldn t give me my money back because there was no manager. I work in a restaurant where you really need a manager for refund. Most has a register. I will never return to the place. They don t know proper food handing procedures Or how to cook all the was through before serving it. I want to give 0 stars but google won t let me

The people that own this place are incredibly rude and the food is not good. Its not fresh and they skip you on portions. They will literally give you a bowl with just chips and a burrito with filled with lettuce. Save your money and go to somewhere else

Sadly, the person preparing the food intentionally added black olives to both my orders. She then did not state which was which, so I asked. Of course she guided me wrong. I don t know what I did to her but if she just looked at me and decided she was going to mess with my food then I would not patronize this franchise. I love Moe s and eat here enough to also know the portion sizes for meat. I did not complain as it might have been expected considering...anyway, don t bother stopping here, go to Peachtree or another location.

Stay far away from this place if you can. If you must stop, check your receipt. The Indian guy it a total rep off, the guy is rude, they don t listen and lack understanding. This is a HORRIBLE franchise being that I am visiting from Florida.

What happened to the signature greeting upon entry that I have happily received at every single Moe's I've been to in life??! "Welcome to Moe's!" Well I didn't get that here nor did I feel welcome. What I did feel was ignored and not valued by the simple abandonment of the most basic tenet of Moe' s culture. I wasn't greeted at all actually and I was the only one at the counter while the other TWO customers in the whole place were already seated. I placed my order with a very apathetic employee who tried to short me on chips. Shame on the franchise owner for lack of consistency with this location.

The staff at this location appear utterly clueless when handling gift cards. I have attempted to use multiple different cards on multiple different visits only to have the staff claim the balance is $0.00. I have called the corporate gift card balance hotline listed on the back of the card only to find that the card indeed has money on it. Most recently 3/26/14 6:50 PM the manager named Chowdhury rang up my order and proceed to tell me there was no money on the card. I called the hotline and put the phone on speaker so the staff and everyone in earshot could hear the balance. Even with his own company's corporate system saying the card had money on it manager Chowdhury refused to accept that he was running the order incorrectly or their system was malfunctioning.

First time going today, they didn't have white rice, they had another option.
I opted for that, I really didn't like the food, it was a waste of $7.
The customer service was also bland.
I won't be returning.

The worst burrito I ve ever ordered. They so poorly wrapped it, that it leaked over everything. The chicken was burnt and even had cartilage In it!
They also gave me so few chips that the bottom of the bag was not even covered (mind you they were half crushed).

No cooked food or even nearly fresh cooked meats and veggies available to choose from. Everything was old and not even enough to make a burrito or bowl! I left. Have never had this experience at the one on Camp Creek.

The workers are very rude. They don't like smiling. They snatch money from your hand when its time to pay. They only like people of their culture. They make your food messy. They don't say thank you and come back. I will never go back this place to eat again. This was my 2nd time and things hasn't changed.

The inside of this Moe's could be cleaner, but they work fast if you're in a rush. They're used to busy students and working quickly if you need to pick up something fast. I recommend eating elsewhere, sometimes the tables can be cleaner.
