Modular Infotech Review

Best veriety of Marathi fonts with gont exchange utility available.

I have purchased a customized Modi ( ) script font from Modular Infotech. Here is my experience:

Pros:
1. They understood what I want without much explanation.
2. Delivered font and required software within given time frame.
3. Arranged talk with font developer for a technical issue.
4. Mr. Ram Tilak (Sales person) was patient for hearing my requirements before and AFTER sales.
5. Purchase was smooth using net-banking. They promptly sent the invoice.

Cons:
* For every email you send they generate a ticket number and it clutters your inbox.
* No way to see order progress. You know it is completed once it gets in your inbox.

Overall I don't want to reduce a star because of negligible cons. The efforts they put delivering my order is good. I am happy.

Note: I am not connected to Modular Infotech anyway except being a customer.

The worst service provider. Sales executive don't know how to talk with customers. They are just taught to steal customers money; how to lure them in buying new versions never helping old customers after sales.

Multilingual computer software for publishing companies. Well established software, good after sales support. Variety of font library.

Indian product based IT company. Available in swargate area . Really good place for work.
