They were quick to call you back and get you in touch with vendors. But then the relentless calling every month started. They called me 4 times a day every month. I would get asked the same question every time and gave the same answer. I also asked to not be called again, but alas, like clockwork, the call would come again the next month.
I don't know these people, I didn't associate anything with these people, I didn't give my number to these people. They called me multiple times in just a few minutes, texted me, and emailed me. Dunno who you bought my information from but I don't want your solicitations.
Just look at their response to me. In order for them to stop calling me I have to give them my address, name and phone number. I NEVER GAVE IT TO YOU TO BEGIN WITH.
This company offers credit for all types of credit scores they say they have pre approved you so you click on next the mext thing you know your talking to Lexington law for credit repair I haven't even recieved an offer of line of credit to replace my widows do not use this company all they do is sell your information and blow up your phone with non stop calls
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I wish I could put zero stars! My parents looked into replacing our windows for a Christmas present we were all inundated with phone calls and texts in a matter of minutes after they entered our info. They also sell your info to other companies because I received calls from insurance agents as well. 10 calls and 5 texts in 10 minutes. Needless to say we will be using local contractors we find on our own after this experience! Horrible way to do business!
Thought I was contacting a local provider for a quote and realized this service got my information. 3 calls in 2 minutes and no way to email them back to say "leave me alone." The email they sent me was a "noreply" - of course! Had to block them. Not even going to attempt talking to them, as this is spamming at its finest. Terrible look by you guys
I got onto Modernize by accident. I did not realize what I had done until I was bombarded with inquiries from replacement window companies as to what I did. I thought I had contacted a window supplier and didn't understand what I had signed up for. I had a hard time stopping the sales calls from companies even after I made my purchase. That isn't necessarily Modernizes fault. Now that I know what Modernize is, I would approach it with that in mind.
On the upside, we would not have been connected to the company we chose if it had not been for Modernize.
I have been inundated with calls marked as spam by this company for the last two months. They repeatedly call all day, never leaving a message. I ve twice called back and asked them to stop harassing me.
If this is how I m treated before talking to them about their services, I can t imagine how awful they would be once hired. Do not give them your phone number.
Keep calling me from different numbers harassing me. Took over a month for them to find someone to do the job too late and now always bugging.
You shouldn't be hounding people months after their initial call and they shouldn't have to tell your call center "not contractors "to stop calling, or go back to your website. These Jokers use like a call center in India to harass you constantly.
This company is like a spam! I have two phone numbers. One is new which I have never given to anybody. But they called me by using my new phone number! How did they get my new number?! It is creepy...
Update: response to their response: I have never given my new number to your company, only the old one (Google voice). Where did you get my new number?!
