Lennie first talked with my daughter-in-law and so impressed her, that she told me to specifically ask for Lennie. I did have MobileHelp in-mind as one possible choice, but after talking to Lennie, I'm convinced this is the right choice for me. Also, Lennie has a pleasant sense of humor.
I had to leave another company because of poor communication and devices that did not work when I needed help. While looking for another company, Medical Help called and gave me a quote that I could live with. The devices were sent out immediately and set up was easy. Had one question and it was resolved immediately.

I called Mobile Help for information on their fall detection system as my wife had fallen a few times due to dizzyness caused by a heart condition and I have come close to falling several times. Adrian took the call and we spent close to an hour talking, never once discussing price until the end. I decided not to look further as we wanted something that worked inside and outside the house, and could detect falls. Most other ads were indoor types and like Mobile, fall detection is an addition to advertised cost. I'm 84 and my wife is 80 and we like things that are simple to use. Getting 2 interchangeable systems was cost beneficial.
