Customer service is AWFUL, both on the phone, and in person... Tried to order something for in store pickup, that they had in stock, and I called after 3 days, to find they hadn't even sent the email to the store after my payment cleared. Then, I try to cancel the order, they say it can take up to 4 days, "inshallah"... Even though it was supposed to be a simple pickup. They've had my money for 6 days already. Then, after I bought a copy of a game from one branch, and found it cheaper online, I went to return it to the branch closest to me, and they told me I had to take it back to the same branch. This is 2020. This company is garbage, and Sony should be ashamed to use them as a distributor
