All in all I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. I honestly have few good things to say about this hotel. The rooms we booked were the Standard Twins these are assumedly the 'budget' offering at this hotel which at $240 a night, is not what I expected. The room we had was dated and very noticeably worn. The walls were badly marked, the furniture literally broken at the seems, the desk scratched and scuffed, the bathroom has stained tiles and grout, there is chunks missing from the skirting and a literal hole in the bathroom wall. The bathroom also has a significant step up into it, about 20cm. The beds were also hard and quite uncomfortable. In addition to this, the room is terribly appointed, basic items such as only having one usable PowerPoint available, not providing teaspoons, however there is only 2 black teabags and 2 green teabags provided, no coffee, creamer or sugar. The customer service was fine, no complaints here. The hotel has a large about of bowling lanes, and a small arcade at the bottom of it which is pretty cool. In terms of location, Shinagawa is a great spot to stay, usually priced cheaper than more central Tokyo. I would recommend staying on the other side of Shinagawa station, as this side of the train station has far less food/restaurant options nearby.

Hotel was comfortable. Expense. Probably you use more English speaking staff members or bi-lingual. Cleaning staff was prompt. I found the channels on the television suck. The marriot got more programs and more English, however it did force me to watch the Japanese programs and news and take in the culture.

Wow! I really felt like I was being treated like royalty at this hotel. I was here for Love Live Fest 2020, and the staff knew and were very enthusiastic about it. When we first arrived we were a little lost, but a staff member quickly guided us to the correct desk. Many ammenedies provided in the rooms and they were restocked daily. Complimentary breakfast buffets are open from different times and they were great! Rooms were CLEAN and beds were comfortable. I had a beautiful view of the city as well. The hotel is located across the street from the train station so transportation is easy. And there is easy access to food everywhere. I'm excited to come back again!

This hotel is pretty awesome. The Annex tower is nice and clean, plus they have a bowling alley and aqua park in the hotel. Free cell phone in room? Didn't use it (not sure if there are hidden fees)

Very big and busy hotel - there are several different towers, but they've got staff to help you get to the right place.

Conveniently located right next to Shinagawa Station (under 5 minutes walk). Wheelchair accessible as well.

All of the facilities seem reasonably up to date, and the staff was friendly during all interactions. We didn't use it, but there is a courtesy smart phone included in the room (for what purpose I do not know).

Overall very happy with the accommodation and the price was reasonable. We would definitely stay again.
