Nice restaurant in Portland. We went on a Tuesday evening and they had a Prix fixe menu with 3 courses including a salad, a fish entree, and a dessert. I think this was a great value.
They also have a special for the day which was a half chicken.
The drink list was quite good and desseets were nice and not overwhelming after a big dinner.
It was a very nice experience and I will definitely be back.
We've done quite a bit of take out during the pandemic. We're happy to support local restaurants but bringing food home to reheat is usually a suboptimal experience. Not here! We ordered the Family Basket. It was delicious and all the food was well chosen to travel and reheat well. The food was labeled and packed with care. Even the French style napkins and utensils were tied with pretty string. Great food, great value, great service! Couldn't be happier.
We've eaten here several times before the pandemic and it was superb. After their sister restaurant 555 closed down we were so excited to have their burgers and steaks at Petite Jacqueline. Unfortunately I don't like to post this type of review but are pre-mother's day/ birthday dinner was not up to par. My husband's burger was not cooked correctly even the second time. My steak was cooked correctly but was otherwise plain. I'm eating keto so I asked for a side salad instead of the fries they gave me a small handful of leaves and a vinaigrette.
The charcuterie board was acceptable but certainly not what I expect from this very fine restaurant.
The food and service was great, expect the meal to be pricey though.
Loved it. Have to get the French onion soup! I ordered a hamburger, the 1st time in 5 years, ate every crumb on my plate.
Wonderful evening of great food and wine, with social distancing and many COVID safe precautions in place!!

Salmon meal was heavily salted and overall quite disappointing. Our food also took over an hour without any sort of explanation. My lobster mac and cheese was tasty, but this could have been related to my hunger developing from waiting so long.
I absolutely always love visiting this restaurant. Our waitress was very sweet. Food was delicious and the atmosphere is charming!
Fantastic! Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly although the steak frite was definitely the standout at our table - yuuuuuum!!!
Lovely outdoor patio too with just the right amount of shade.
This was a underwellming experience, price to high for what you got, they are not kidding when they say petite, that's what we received. The charcuterie was pipette and protein, not the best, drinks where also petite, not what lm used to in portland Maine.
