After searching long and hard for quality hat boxes, I finally found the place! Their prices are unbeatable, the turn around was unbelievably fast, and the boxes are beautiful! Not to mention impeccable customer service- prompt, attentive, and super friendly.

It's been 9 weeks since I placed my order, which was paid upfront, and I have yet to receive even an expected ship date from this company let alone any actual product. The production time they mention on the website is 1-4 weeks. I have had a number of email exchanges with the company, but there seems to be little urgency to resolve my concern, nor do they seem to think there's any problem.
Based on other reviews it seems only the really large companies like Barney's get good treatment.
Called, emailed, left voicemails, filled out form online. No response whatsoever. This company obviously does not care about earning anyones business. I have two retail operations that is need of their product and there's no one to talk to! I'll take this zero star review down if they ever decide to reach back out to me.
When discussing my quote, it usually took the entire day to have them respond to one of my emails. Had to drive to Hudson and have everything worked out there. Once we came back I received one email from their managers, Jeff, and that was it. They wouldn't respond to any more of my emails or phone calls. Even tried calling their boss, Alex, who was also unresponsive. Waiting and wasted two weeks, only to get nothing from them.
Had to push back my release scduele by two months because of them.
Please consider a better place, one that respects someone's time and effort to reach them. This place is not worth your time.
I highly recommend this company based on the amazing customer service, specifically Jeff Smith, who responded to all of my questions quickly and efficiently, and also for the product, which was significantly cheaper than was selling for from a competitors "box company". The boxes arrived in an amazingly short amount of time and in excellent condition.

Browed website and chatted for getting quote. there are minimum imprint is 1000 on website. the customer service via live chat, she/he asked me what kind/size and when you need waste.. etc... I gave all information and should find exact size from the site. However, she/he said me can not provide the quote via chat!! if can not provide quote, should give contact number or email directly before ask many question.
We placed a small order of bags and the order was plagued with problems from the beginning. The order was stuck in some queue and when we checked on it was delayed for shipping. When they finally arrived they were the wrong color. The company is very hard to get a hold of. No one answers the phone and emails are not responded to in a timely manner. The correct bags were shipped and promised via overnight delivery but were in fact sent 2-day. The product was great, but the company and company service was not. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
