Despite a doctor's certificate to free my mouth and nose protection, I was asked to put on a mask, otherwise I would not be allowed into the shop. What's wrong with the people?

The staff at this retailer almost forces you to shop online. We were looking for pillows that would fit our waterbed. The lady was already quite annoyed on the phone when I asked about the differences and the prices. At first we weren't even noticed on site, then we were served grouchy.
Great customer service in times of pandemic: Simply contact us via email or messenger, specify the items of clothing you want and pick them up at the store upon request. Try it on at home and pay by card or PayPal if you like it, and just bring it back if you don't like it. The only drawback: No online shop for clothes, that would be great for those who can't just look in the shop window to see what's available (and for the clothes that are not visible in the shop window;))
